模溫(wen)機又叫模具溫(wen)度控(kong)制機,廣泛應(ying)用(yong)于塑膠成型,導光(guang)板壓鑄(zhu),橡(xiang)膠輪胎、滾輪,化工反(fan)應(ying)釜、粘合、密(mi)煉等各行各業。從廣義方面講,叫溫(wen)度控(kong)制設備,包含加溫(wen)和冷凍兩個方面的溫(wen)度控(kong)制。
現(xian)在(zai)模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)(ji)一般分(fen)水溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)(ji)、油溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)(ji)控制的溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)可以達到(dao)正負0.1度(du)。標準型(xing)水介質模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)(ji)工作較高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)為120℃,高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)型(xing)水介質模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)(ji)工作較高(gao)180℃。水式模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)(ji)由于比較干凈,常用于光(guang)學鏡(jing)片、注(zhu)塑(su)成型(xing)等行業(ye)。
油(you)式(shi)模(mo)溫(wen)機(ji)又叫油(you)溫(wen)機(ji)或是油(you)加(jia)熱器,油(you)式(shi)模(mo)溫(wen)機(ji)(油(you)溫(wen)機(ji)):油(you)式(shi)模(mo)溫(wen)機(ji)分為(wei)三個等級:標(biao)準型、高溫(wen)型、超高溫(wen)型,較高工作溫(wen)度分別(bie)為(wei)180℃,300℃,350℃。
其工作原理(li):模溫(wen)機管(guan)路(lu)與模具油道連(lian)接構(gou)成回路(lu),導(dao)熱(re)油在泵的作用下(xia)進行(xing)循(xun)環。溫(wen)度傳(chuan)感器將數(shu)據(ju)傳(chuan)送到控制(zhi)(zhi)系統,自(zi)動(dong)調整加熱(re)/冷卻動(dong)作,控制(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)熱(re)油溫(wen)度。
模溫(wen)機在塑膠行(xing)業的運用比較普遍(bian),主要作(zuo)用是:
1,提(ti)高產品的成(cheng)型效率;
2,降低(di)不良品的產生;
3,提高(gao)產品的(de)外觀(guan),抑(yi)制產品的(de)缺陷(xian);

模溫(wen)機在壓(ya)(ya)鑄行業(ye)的運用也(ye)有很大的空間,特別是在鎂(mei)合金,鋁合金的制造中,不(bu)(bu)平均或不(bu)(bu)適當的模具溫(wen)度會導(dao)致(zhi)鑄件(jian)尺寸(cun)不(bu)(bu)穩定,在生產(chan)(chan)(chan)過程中頂(ding)出鑄件(jian)變(bian)(bian)形,產(chan)(chan)(chan)生熱壓(ya)(ya)力、黏模、表面凹(ao)陷、內縮孔及熱泡等缺(que)陷。對生產(chan)(chan)(chan)周(zhou)期也(ye)產(chan)(chan)(chan)生影響,如(ru)填充時(shi)間、冷(leng)卻時(shi)間及噴涂(tu)時(shi)間都產(chan)(chan)(chan)生不(bu)(bu)穩定的變(bian)(bian)數。模具的壽(shou)命(ming)也(ye)會因受到過冷(leng)過熱的沖擊而導(dao)致(zhi)昂貴(gui)的鋼材(cai)產(chan)(chan)(chan)生熱裂,加速其老化。
