在用多(duo)孔(kong)性固(gu)體(ti)物(wu)質(zhi)處理流體(ti)混合物(wu)時(shi),流體(ti)中的某(mou)一(yi)組(zu)分或某(mou)些組(zu)分可被吸(xi)表面(mian)并濃集其上(shang),此現象稱為(wei)吸(xi)附(fu)。吸(xi)附(fu)處理廢氣(qi)時(shi),吸(xi)附(fu)的對象是氣(qi)態污染物(wu),氣(qi)固(gu)吸(xi)附(fu)。被吸(xi)附(fu)的氣(qi)體(ti)組(zu)分稱為(wei)吸(xi)附(fu)質(zhi),多(duo)孔(kong)固(gu)體(ti)物(wu)質(zhi)稱為(wei)吸(xi)附(fu)劑。
吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)法采用低揮發(fa)或不揮發(fa)性溶劑(ji)對VOCs進(jin)行吸(xi)(xi)收(shou),再利用VOCs和吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)劑(ji)物理性質(zhi)的(de)差(cha)異進(jin)行分離。
含VOCs的(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)自(zi)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)塔底部(bu)(bu)進入(ru)塔內,在(zai)上升過(guo)(guo)程中(zhong)與來自(zi)塔頂(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)劑(ji)逆流接觸,凈化后(hou)的(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)由塔頂(ding)(ding)排出(chu)。吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)了(le)VOCs的(de)(de)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)劑(ji)通過(guo)(guo)熱(re)交換器(qi)(qi)(qi)后(hou),廢氣(qi)(qi)(qi)處理(li)設(she)備進入(ru)汽(qi)提塔頂(ding)(ding)部(bu)(bu),在(zai)溫(wen)度(du)(du)高于(yu)(yu)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)溫(wen)度(du)(du)或壓力低于(yu)(yu)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)壓力的(de)(de)條件下(xia)解吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)。解吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)后(hou)的(de)(de)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)劑(ji)經過(guo)(guo)溶劑(ji)冷凝器(qi)(qi)(qi)冷凝后(hou)回到吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)塔。解吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)出(chu)的(de)(de)VOCs氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)經過(guo)(guo)冷凝器(qi)(qi)(qi)、氣(qi)(qi)(qi)液分(fen)離(li)器(qi)(qi)(qi)后(hou)以較純的(de)(de)VOCs氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)離(li)開汽(qi)提塔,被(bei)回收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)利用。該工(gong)藝(yi)適合于(yu)(yu)VOCs濃度(du)(du)較高、溫(wen)度(du)(du)較低的(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)凈化,其他情況下(xia)需要作相應的(de)(de)工(gong)藝(yi)調整。
固體表(biao)面吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)了吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)后,一(yi)部(bu)被吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)的(de)(de)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)可從吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)劑表(biao)面脫(tuo)離,此現附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)。而當吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)進(jin)行一(yi)段時間(jian)后,由于(yu)表(biao)面吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)濃集(ji),使其吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)能力明顯下降而吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)凈(jing)化的(de)(de)要求,此時需要采用(yong)一(yi)定的(de)(de)措施(shi)使吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)劑上已吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)的(de)(de)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)脫(tuo)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu),以協的(de)(de)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)能力,這個過(guo)程稱為吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)劑的(de)(de)再生。因此在(zai)實際吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)工程中(zhong),正是利用(yong)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)一(yi)再生一(yi)再吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)的(de)(de)循環過(guo)程,達到除去(qu)廢氣(qi)(qi)中(zhong)污(wu)染物質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)并回收廢氣(qi)(qi)中(zhong)有用(yong)組分。
