模溫(wen)機又(you)叫(jiao)模具(ju)溫(wen)度控(kong)制機,廣(guang)泛應用(yong)于(yu)塑膠成型(xing),導(dao)光板壓鑄,橡膠輪胎、滾(gun)輪,化工反(fan)應釜、粘合、密煉等各行各業。從廣(guang)義方(fang)面(mian)講,叫(jiao)溫(wen)度控(kong)制設備,包含加溫(wen)和(he)冷凍兩(liang)個方(fang)面(mian)的(de)溫(wen)度控(kong)制。
現在(zai)模溫(wen)(wen)機(ji)一般分水(shui)(shui)(shui)溫(wen)(wen)機(ji)、油溫(wen)(wen)機(ji)控制(zhi)的溫(wen)(wen)度(du)可以達(da)到正負0.1度(du)。標準型(xing)水(shui)(shui)(shui)介質(zhi)模溫(wen)(wen)機(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)較(jiao)(jiao)高溫(wen)(wen)度(du)為120℃,高溫(wen)(wen)型(xing)水(shui)(shui)(shui)介質(zhi)模溫(wen)(wen)機(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)較(jiao)(jiao)高180℃。水(shui)(shui)(shui)式模溫(wen)(wen)機(ji)由(you)于比(bi)較(jiao)(jiao)干凈(jing),常用(yong)于光學鏡片(pian)、注塑成型(xing)等(deng)行業。
油(you)式(shi)(shi)模溫機(ji)又叫(jiao)油(you)溫機(ji)或是油(you)加熱器,油(you)式(shi)(shi)模溫機(ji)(油(you)溫機(ji)):油(you)式(shi)(shi)模溫機(ji)分為三個(ge)等(deng)級:標準(zhun)型(xing)(xing)、高(gao)溫型(xing)(xing)、超高(gao)溫型(xing)(xing),較高(gao)工作溫度分別為180℃,300℃,350℃。
其工作原理:模溫(wen)(wen)機管(guan)路(lu)與模具油道連接構成回路(lu),導熱(re)油在泵的作用下進行循環。溫(wen)(wen)度傳感器(qi)將數據傳送到控制系統,自(zi)動(dong)調整加熱(re)/冷卻(que)動(dong)作,控制導熱(re)油溫(wen)(wen)度。
模溫機在塑(su)膠行業的(de)運(yun)用(yong)比較普遍,主要作(zuo)用(yong)是:
1,提高產品(pin)的成(cheng)型效率;
2,降低(di)不良(liang)品的產生;
3,提高產品的(de)外觀,抑制產品的(de)缺陷(xian);
4,加快生(sheng)產(chan)進(jin)度(du),降低能耗,節(jie)約能源。
模溫(wen)機在(zai)壓(ya)鑄(zhu)行業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)運用也有(you)很大的(de)(de)(de)空間,特別是在(zai)鎂合金(jin),鋁合金(jin)的(de)(de)(de)制造中,不(bu)平均(jun)或(huo)不(bu)適當(dang)的(de)(de)(de)模具溫(wen)度會(hui)導(dao)致鑄(zhu)件尺寸(cun)不(bu)穩(wen)定(ding),在(zai)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)過(guo)(guo)程中頂出鑄(zhu)件變形,產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)熱(re)(re)(re)壓(ya)力、黏模、表面凹陷、內縮孔及熱(re)(re)(re)泡(pao)等缺陷。對生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)周(zhou)期也產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)影響,如填充(chong)時(shi)間、冷卻時(shi)間及噴涂時(shi)間都產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)不(bu)穩(wen)定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)變數(shu)。模具的(de)(de)(de)壽(shou)命也會(hui)因受到過(guo)(guo)冷過(guo)(guo)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)沖擊而(er)導(dao)致昂貴(gui)的(de)(de)(de)鋼材產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)熱(re)(re)(re)裂,加速其老(lao)化。
