模(mo)溫(wen)機(ji)又叫模(mo)具溫(wen)度(du)(du)控(kong)制(zhi)機(ji),廣泛應(ying)用于塑(su)膠成型,導光板壓鑄,橡膠輪胎、滾(gun)輪,化(hua)工反應(ying)釜、粘合、密煉等各行各業。從廣義(yi)方面(mian)講,叫溫(wen)度(du)(du)控(kong)制(zhi)設備,包含加溫(wen)和冷凍兩個(ge)方面(mian)的溫(wen)度(du)(du)控(kong)制(zhi)。
現在模溫(wen)機(ji)一般分(fen)水溫(wen)機(ji)、油溫(wen)機(ji)控制的(de)溫(wen)度(du)可以達到(dao)正負0.1度(du)。標(biao)準型水介質(zhi)模溫(wen)機(ji)工(gong)作較高(gao)溫(wen)度(du)為120℃,高(gao)溫(wen)型水介質(zhi)模溫(wen)機(ji)工(gong)作較高(gao)180℃。水式(shi)模溫(wen)機(ji)由于比(bi)較干凈(jing),常(chang)用于光學鏡(jing)片(pian)、注塑(su)成型等(deng)行業。
油(you)式模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)又叫油(you)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)或(huo)是(shi)油(you)加熱器(qi),油(you)式模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)(油(you)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)):油(you)式模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)分為(wei)三個等(deng)級:標準(zhun)型(xing)、高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)型(xing)、超高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)型(xing),較高(gao)工(gong)作溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)分別(bie)為(wei)180℃,300℃,350℃。
其工(gong)作原理:模溫(wen)機管路(lu)與(yu)模具油道連接(jie)構成回路(lu),導(dao)熱(re)油在泵(beng)的作用下進行(xing)循環(huan)。溫(wen)度傳(chuan)感器將數據傳(chuan)送到控(kong)制系統(tong),自動調整(zheng)加熱(re)/冷卻(que)動作,控(kong)制導(dao)熱(re)油溫(wen)度。
模溫機在塑(su)膠行(xing)業(ye)的運用比較(jiao)普遍,主要(yao)作用是:
1,提(ti)高產品的(de)成型效率;
2,降低不(bu)良品(pin)的產生;

模(mo)溫機在(zai)壓(ya)鑄行業的(de)(de)(de)運用(yong)也(ye)(ye)有很(hen)大的(de)(de)(de)空(kong)間(jian)(jian),特別是在(zai)鎂合金,鋁合金的(de)(de)(de)制造中,不(bu)平均(jun)或不(bu)適當的(de)(de)(de)模(mo)具(ju)溫度會(hui)導致(zhi)鑄件尺寸(cun)不(bu)穩(wen)定,在(zai)生(sheng)產過程(cheng)中頂(ding)出鑄件變形,產生(sheng)熱(re)壓(ya)力、黏模(mo)、表面凹(ao)陷、內縮孔及(ji)熱(re)泡等缺陷。對(dui)生(sheng)產周期也(ye)(ye)產生(sheng)影響,如填充時(shi)間(jian)(jian)、冷(leng)卻時(shi)間(jian)(jian)及(ji)噴涂時(shi)間(jian)(jian)都產生(sheng)不(bu)穩(wen)定的(de)(de)(de)變數。模(mo)具(ju)的(de)(de)(de)壽命也(ye)(ye)會(hui)因受到(dao)過冷(leng)過熱(re)的(de)(de)(de)沖(chong)擊而導致(zhi)昂貴的(de)(de)(de)鋼材產生(sheng)熱(re)裂,加速其老化。
