模溫(wen)機又叫模具溫(wen)度控(kong)制(zhi)機,廣(guang)泛應用于塑膠成型,導光板壓(ya)鑄,橡膠輪(lun)(lun)胎、滾輪(lun)(lun),化工反(fan)應釜、粘合(he)、密煉(lian)等各行各業。從廣(guang)義方面(mian)講,叫溫(wen)度控(kong)制(zhi)設備(bei),包含加溫(wen)和(he)冷(leng)凍兩個方面(mian)的(de)溫(wen)度控(kong)制(zhi)。
現在模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)一般分水溫(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)、油溫(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)控制的溫(wen)(wen)度可(ke)以達(da)到正負0.1度。標準(zhun)型(xing)水介質模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)較高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)度為120℃,高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)型(xing)水介質模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)較高(gao)(gao)180℃。水式模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)由(you)于比較干凈,常(chang)用于光學鏡片、注(zhu)塑成型(xing)等行業。
油(you)式(shi)模溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)又叫油(you)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)或是油(you)加熱器(qi),油(you)式(shi)模溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)(油(you)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)):油(you)式(shi)模溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)分為三個等級:標(biao)準型、高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)型、超(chao)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)型,較高(gao)工作溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度分別為180℃,300℃,350℃。
其工(gong)作原(yuan)理:模溫機管路與模具油道連(lian)接構(gou)成(cheng)回路,導熱(re)油在(zai)泵(beng)的作用下進行循環。溫度傳感器(qi)將數(shu)據傳送(song)到(dao)控(kong)制系統(tong),自動(dong)調整加熱(re)/冷(leng)卻(que)動(dong)作,控(kong)制導熱(re)油溫度。
模溫機在塑膠行(xing)業的運用比較普遍,主要作用是:
1,提高產品的成型效(xiao)率;
2,降低不良品的產生;
3,提高(gao)產品(pin)的外觀,抑制產品(pin)的缺陷;

模(mo)溫機在壓鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行業的(de)(de)運用也(ye)有(you)很大(da)的(de)(de)空(kong)間,特(te)別是在鎂合金,鋁合金的(de)(de)制造(zao)中(zhong),不平均(jun)或(huo)不適當的(de)(de)模(mo)具(ju)溫度會(hui)導致鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)件尺寸不穩定,在生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)過程中(zhong)頂出(chu)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)件變(bian)(bian)形,產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)熱(re)壓力(li)、黏模(mo)、表面凹(ao)陷(xian)、內縮孔及(ji)熱(re)泡等缺陷(xian)。對生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)周期(qi)也(ye)產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)影響,如填(tian)充(chong)時間、冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)時間及(ji)噴(pen)涂時間都(dou)產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)不穩定的(de)(de)變(bian)(bian)數。模(mo)具(ju)的(de)(de)壽命也(ye)會(hui)因受(shou)到(dao)過冷(leng)(leng)過熱(re)的(de)(de)沖擊而導致昂貴(gui)的(de)(de)鋼材產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)熱(re)裂,加速(su)其老(lao)化(hua)。
