防爆加熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan)是(shi)一種(zhong)消耗(hao)電(dian)能(neng)轉換為熱(re)(re)(re)能(neng),來對需加熱(re)(re)(re)物(wu)料進行加熱(re)(re)(re)。防爆加熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan)是(shi)由(you)外(wai)到里(li)外(wai)殼(ke)(不繡(xiu)鋼/碳鋼/銅/鈦(tai)材等、發熱(re)(re)(re)絲(si)(鎳鉻鉛(qian)合金)、填充物(wu)(氧化鎂(mei),作(zuo)用(yong)是(shi)導熱(re)(re)(re)、絕緣(yuan))、外(wai)殼(ke)(不繡(xiu)鋼、碳鋼、鈦(tai)材、銅 等)、陶瓷封頭(作(zuo)用(yong):絕緣(yuan))、防爆盒組成(cheng)的。加熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan)在(zai)工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)流(liu)體(ti)介質通(tong)過(guo)管(guan)道在(zai)壓(ya)力作(zuo)用(yong)下進入其(qi)輸入口(kou),沿(yan)著電(dian)加熱(re)(re)(re)容器內(nei)部(bu)特(te)定換熱(re)(re)(re)流(liu)道,運用(yong)空(kong)氣電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan)的流(liu)體(ti)熱(re)(re)(re)力學原理設計的路徑,帶走空(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan)中(zhong)(zhong)的電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)所產生的高溫(wen)(wen)(wen)熱(re)(re)(re)能(neng)量,使空(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan)被加熱(re)(re)(re)介質溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度升高,加熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan)出口(kou)得到工(gong)藝要求(qiu)的高溫(wen)(wen)(wen)介質。

1.升溫時間在試(shi)驗電壓下,元件從(cong)環境溫度(du)升至試(shi)驗溫度(du)時間應不大于15min
2.額(e)定功率偏差在充分發熱的條件(jian)(jian)下,元件(jian)(jian)的額(e)定功率的偏差應不超過下列(lie)規(gui)定的范圍;對(dui)額(e)定功率小(xiao)于(yu)(yu)等于(yu)(yu)100W的元件(jian)(jian)為(wei):士10%。對(dui)額(e)定功率大于(yu)(yu)100W的元件(jian)(jian)為(wei)+5%~- 10%或10W,取兩(liang)者中的較(jiao)大值。
