防爆加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)是(shi)一種消耗電(dian)能(neng)轉(zhuan)換為熱(re)(re)(re)能(neng),來對需加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)物(wu)料(liao)進行加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)。防爆加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)是(shi)由外到(dao)(dao)里外殼(不繡鋼(gang)/碳(tan)鋼(gang)/銅(tong)(tong)/鈦材(cai)等、發(fa)熱(re)(re)(re)絲(si)(鎳鉻鉛合金)、填充物(wu)(氧化鎂,作(zuo)用是(shi)導熱(re)(re)(re)、絕(jue)緣)、外殼(不繡鋼(gang)、碳(tan)鋼(gang)、鈦材(cai)、銅(tong)(tong) 等)、陶瓷(ci)封頭(作(zuo)用:絕(jue)緣)、防爆盒(he)組成的。加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)在工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)低溫(wen)流(liu)體介(jie)質通過管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)在壓力作(zuo)用下進入其輸入口,沿著電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)容器內部(bu)特定(ding)換熱(re)(re)(re)流(liu)道(dao),運用空(kong)氣電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的流(liu)體熱(re)(re)(re)力學原理設計的路徑(jing),帶走空(kong)氣加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)中(zhong)(zhong)的電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)所產生的高(gao)溫(wen)熱(re)(re)(re)能(neng)量,使空(kong)氣加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)被加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)介(jie)質溫(wen)度(du)升(sheng)高(gao),加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)出口得到(dao)(dao)工(gong)藝要求的高(gao)溫(wen)介(jie)質。
產(chan)品特點
1.升(sheng)溫(wen)(wen)時(shi)間在(zai)試驗電(dian)壓下,元(yuan)件從(cong)環境溫(wen)(wen)度(du)升(sheng)至試驗溫(wen)(wen)度(du)時(shi)間應不大于15min
2.額定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)功率(lv)偏(pian)差在(zai)充分(fen)發熱的(de)條(tiao)件下(xia),元件的(de)額定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)功率(lv)的(de)偏(pian)差應不超過下(xia)列規定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)的(de)范圍;對額定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)功率(lv)小(xiao)于(yu)等于(yu)100W的(de)元件為:士10%。對額定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)功率(lv)大于(yu)100W的(de)元件為+5%~- 10%或10W,取(qu)兩(liang)者中的(de)較大值。
3.泄露(lu)電(dian)流(liu)冷態泄露(lu)電(dian)流(liu)以及水壓和密封試驗后(hou)泄露(lu)電(dian)流(liu)應不超過(guo)0.5mA工作溫(wen)度(du)下的熱(re)態泄露(lu)電(dian)流(liu)應不超過(guo)公式中的計算值,但不超過(guo)5mA I=1/6 (tTX0.00001) I一 熱(re)態泄露(lu)電(dian)流(liu)mA t-發熱(re)長(chang)度(du)mm T-工作溫(wen)度(du)C多個元(yuan)件(jian)串聯(lian)到電(dian)源中時,應以這一組元(yuan)件(jian)為 整體進行(xing)泄露(lu)電(dian)流(liu)試驗。
4. 絕(jue)(jue)緣電(dian)阻(zu)出廠檢(jian)驗時冷態絕(jue)(jue)緣電(dian)阻(zu)應(ying)不小(xiao)于50MQ密封(feng)試驗后(hou),長期存放或者(zhe)使用后(hou)的絕(jue)(jue)緣電(dian)阻(zu)應(ying)不消與MQ工作溫度下的熱態絕(jue)(jue)緣電(dian)阻(zu)應(ying)不低于公式中的計(ji)算值(zhi),但應(ying)不小(xiao)于1MQ R=「(10-0.015T) /t」X0.001 R熱態絕(jue)(jue)緣電(dian)阻(zu)MQ t一-發 熱長度mmT一工作溫度°C
5.絕(jue)緣耐壓強度元件(jian)應在規定(ding)的試驗(yan)(yan)條件(jian)和(he)試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓下保持1min,而無閃絡(luo)和(he)擊穿現象
6.經(jing)受通(tong)斷電的(de)能力元件應能在(zai)規定的(de)試驗條件下經(jing)歷2000次通(tong)斷電試驗,而不發(fa)生損壞
