模溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機又叫(jiao)(jiao)模具溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)控制(zhi)機,廣泛(fan)應(ying)用于塑膠(jiao)成型,導光板(ban)壓鑄(zhu),橡(xiang)膠(jiao)輪胎、滾輪,化工反應(ying)釜、粘(zhan)合、密煉等各行各業。從廣義方面講,叫(jiao)(jiao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)控制(zhi)設(she)備(bei),包含加溫(wen)(wen)(wen)和冷凍兩個方面的(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)控制(zhi)。
現在(zai)模(mo)(mo)(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)一(yi)般分水溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)、油(you)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)控制的(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度可以達到正負0.1度。標準型(xing)(xing)水介質模(mo)(mo)(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)工作較高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度為120℃,高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)型(xing)(xing)水介質模(mo)(mo)(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)工作較高(gao)180℃。水式模(mo)(mo)(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)由于(yu)比較干凈,常用(yong)于(yu)光(guang)學鏡片、注(zhu)塑成型(xing)(xing)等行業。
油(you)式(shi)模(mo)(mo)溫(wen)機(ji)又叫油(you)溫(wen)機(ji)或是油(you)加熱器,油(you)式(shi)模(mo)(mo)溫(wen)機(ji)(油(you)溫(wen)機(ji)):油(you)式(shi)模(mo)(mo)溫(wen)機(ji)分為(wei)三個等級:標準型、高(gao)溫(wen)型、超(chao)高(gao)溫(wen)型,較高(gao)工作溫(wen)度分別(bie)為(wei)180℃,300℃,350℃。
其工作原理:模溫(wen)(wen)機管(guan)路與模具油(you)道連接構成回路,導熱油(you)在泵的作用下進行循環。溫(wen)(wen)度(du)傳感器將數據傳送(song)到(dao)控(kong)制系統(tong),自(zi)動(dong)調整加熱/冷卻動(dong)作,控(kong)制導熱油(you)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)。
模溫機在塑膠行業(ye)的運用(yong)比較(jiao)普遍,主要作用(yong)是:
1,提高產品的成(cheng)型效率;
2,降(jiang)低不良品的(de)產生;
