法蘭加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi):是采用(yong)U型管狀電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件,依據加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)不同介(jie)質設計規范,按照功(gong)率配置(zhi)要(yao)求裝(zhuang)配在法蘭蓋上,插入(ru)需(xu)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)物料中(zhong),發熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件工作時所發出的大量熱(re)(re)(re)(re)量傳(chuan)導給被加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)介(jie)質使(shi)介(jie)質溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)升高,達(da)到所需(xu)的工藝要(yao)求。當介(jie)質溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)達(da)到工藝要(yao)求的設定值(zhi)時,控制系統根據溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)傳(chuan)感器(qi)信號,經PID 運算后調節電(dian)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)輸出功(gong)率,對發熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件的電(dian)阻性(xing)負載實現溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)控制。使(shi)介(jie)質溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)均勻,達(da)到所需(xu)要(yao)求;當發熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件超(chao)溫(wen)(wen)或低液位(wei)時,發熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件的聯鎖保護裝(zhuang)置(zhi)立即切(qie)斷加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)電(dian)源避免發熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件燒壞,延長使(shi)用(yong)壽命。
