防爆電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)是一種消耗(hao)電(dian)能(neng)(neng)轉換(huan)為熱(re)能(neng)(neng),來對需加(jia)熱(re)物料進行(xing)加(jia)熱(re)。在工(gong)(gong)作中低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)流體介質通過(guo)管道在壓力作用下(xia)進入其輸入口(kou),沿著(zhu)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)容器(qi)(qi)內(nei)部(bu)特定換(huan)熱(re)流道,運(yun)用流體熱(re)力學(xue)原(yuan)理設計的(de)路徑(jing),帶(dai)走電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)作中所產生(sheng)的(de)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)熱(re)能(neng)(neng)量,使(shi)被加(jia)熱(re)介質溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)升(sheng)高(gao),電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)出口(kou)得(de)到工(gong)(gong)藝要求的(de)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)介質。電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)內(nei)部(bu)控(kong)制系統依(yi)據輸出口(kou)的(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)傳感器(qi)(qi)信號自動調節電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)輸出功率,使(shi)輸出口(kou)的(de)介質溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)均勻;當發(fa)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)超溫(wen)(wen)(wen)時(shi),發(fa)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)獨立(li)的(de)過(guo)熱(re)保護(hu)裝置立(li)即切斷加(jia)熱(re)電(dian)源(yuan),避(bi)免加(jia)熱(re)物料超溫(wen)(wen)(wen)引起(qi)結(jie)焦、變質、碳化,嚴重(zhong)時(shi)導致發(fa)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)燒(shao)壞,有(you)效延(yan)長電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)使(shi)用壽命。
