組件預熱爐主要由爐體、爐襯、爐底板、加熱元件、爐門及控制系統等部分組成。
爐(lu)體框(kuang)架采(cai)(cai)用(yong)槽鋼(gang)(gang)和角(jiao)鋼(gang)(gang)焊(han)接(jie)(jie)制(zhi)作,外殼(ke)側(ce)板采(cai)(cai)用(yong)Q235鋼(gang)(gang)板焊(han)接(jie)(jie),結構牢固(gu)可靠,整(zheng)體強度好,不易(yi)變形(xing),外表平整(zheng)光潔。爐(lu)體所(suo)有焊(han)接(jie)(jie)處(chu)進(jin)行打磨處(chu)理(li),并用(yong)鐵(tie)膩子(zi)刮(gua)平、噴涂熱防銹漆后,按(an)照用(yong)戶提供(gong)的色標進(jin)行油漆涂裝。
爐(lu)襯為全纖維(wei)結構(gou),采(cai)用(yong)優質耐(nai)高溫(wen)高鋁耐(nai)火(huo)纖維(wei)構(gou)筑,采(cai)用(yong)標準(zhun)的錨(mao)固(gu)件(jian)及科學合理(li)的鑲(xiang)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)方法。纖維(wei)折疊塊鑲(xiang)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)前(qian)進行(xing)再次預壓(ya)縮處理(li)(壓(ya)縮容重≥230Kg/m3),用(yong)錨(mao)固(gu)件(jian)固(gu)定在殼體上,保(bao)溫(wen)材料(liao)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)厚度≮300mm。
爐(lu)底采用(yong)(yong)重(zhong)(zhong)質高(gao)鋁(lv)耐(nai)(nai)火(huo)磚(zhuan)(zhuan)、輕(qing)質耐(nai)(nai)火(huo)磚(zhuan)(zhuan)、保溫磚(zhuan)(zhuan)等(deng)制(zhi)(zhi)作(zuo)成(cheng)(cheng)復合(he)型(xing)襯(chen)體(ti)(ti),襯(chen)體(ti)(ti)上砌(qi)筑有加熱元件(jian)(jian)(jian)安裝槽形(xing)溝(gou)道,易碰(peng)撞部位和(he)承重(zhong)(zhong)部位采用(yong)(yong)重(zhong)(zhong)質高(gao)鋁(lv)耐(nai)(nai)火(huo)磚(zhuan)(zhuan)砌(qi)筑(砌(qi)筑時(shi)泥漿內加入(ru)粘結(jie)劑調和(he)),增強爐(lu)襯(chen)結(jie)構(gou)強度。在制(zhi)(zhi)作(zuo)時(shi)留有膨脹(zhang)縫,防(fang)止(zhi)襯(chen)體(ti)(ti)在受熱后(hou)膨脹(zhang)將襯(chen)體(ti)(ti)損壞。鋪(pu)設爐(lu)底板,材質為Ni7N,供(gong)擱置工件(jian)(jian)(jian)之(zhi)用(yong)(yong),采用(yong)(yong)新型(xing)的搭扣制(zhi)(zhi)作(zuo)形(xing)式,防(fang)止(zhi)工件(jian)(jian)(jian)氧(yang)化皮落到加熱元件(jian)(jian)(jian)上而形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)短路,耐(nai)(nai)熱鋼爐(lu)底板分塊(kuai)制(zhi)(zhi)作(zuo),減(jian)少高(gao)溫下變(bian)形(xing)和(he)開(kai)裂。本爐(lu)型(xing)設計工作(zuo)臺板。
