模溫(wen)機(ji)又叫模具溫(wen)度(du)控制機(ji),廣(guang)泛(fan)應用于塑膠成型(xing),導光板壓鑄,橡膠輪(lun)胎、滾輪(lun),化(hua)工反應釜、粘合、密(mi)煉等各(ge)行各(ge)業。從(cong)廣(guang)義方(fang)面(mian)講,叫溫(wen)度(du)控制設(she)備,包含加溫(wen)和冷凍兩(liang)個方(fang)面(mian)的(de)溫(wen)度(du)控制。
現在模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)一般分水(shui)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)、油溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)控制的溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度可以達(da)到(dao)正負0.1度。標準型水(shui)介質模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)工作較(jiao)高溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度為(wei)120℃,高溫(wen)(wen)(wen)型水(shui)介質模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)工作較(jiao)高180℃。水(shui)式模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)由于比較(jiao)干凈,常用于光學鏡片、注塑成型等行(xing)業。
油(you)(you)(you)式(shi)(shi)模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)又叫油(you)(you)(you)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)或是油(you)(you)(you)加熱器,油(you)(you)(you)式(shi)(shi)模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)(油(you)(you)(you)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)):油(you)(you)(you)式(shi)(shi)模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)分為三個等級:標(biao)準(zhun)型、高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)型、超高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)型,較高(gao)工作溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)分別為180℃,300℃,350℃。
其(qi)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)原(yuan)理:模溫機管路與模具(ju)油道連接構成回路,導(dao)熱(re)油在泵(beng)的作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)下進行循環(huan)。溫度傳(chuan)感(gan)器將數據傳(chuan)送到(dao)控制系統,自動調整加(jia)熱(re)/冷卻動作(zuo)(zuo),控制導(dao)熱(re)油溫度。
模溫機(ji)在塑膠(jiao)行業的運用(yong)比較普遍,主要作用(yong)是:
1,提高產(chan)品的成型效率(lv);
2,降低不(bu)良品的產(chan)生;
3,提高產品(pin)的外觀,抑制產品(pin)的缺陷;
4,加快(kuai)生產進(jin)度,降低能耗,節約(yue)能源。
模(mo)溫(wen)機在(zai)(zai)壓鑄(zhu)(zhu)行業的運用(yong)也(ye)有很(hen)大的空間(jian),特別是在(zai)(zai)鎂合金,鋁(lv)合金的制造(zao)中,不(bu)(bu)平(ping)均或(huo)不(bu)(bu)適當的模(mo)具溫(wen)度會導(dao)致鑄(zhu)(zhu)件尺寸不(bu)(bu)穩定,在(zai)(zai)生(sheng)(sheng)產過程中頂(ding)出(chu)鑄(zhu)(zhu)件變形(xing),產生(sheng)(sheng)熱(re)(re)壓力(li)、黏(nian)模(mo)、表面(mian)凹陷(xian)、內縮孔及熱(re)(re)泡等缺陷(xian)。對(dui)生(sheng)(sheng)產周期(qi)也(ye)產生(sheng)(sheng)影響(xiang),如填充時(shi)間(jian)、冷卻時(shi)間(jian)及噴涂(tu)時(shi)間(jian)都產生(sheng)(sheng)不(bu)(bu)穩定的變數。模(mo)具的壽命也(ye)會因受到過冷過熱(re)(re)的沖(chong)擊而導(dao)致昂貴的鋼材產生(sheng)(sheng)熱(re)(re)裂,加速其老化。

溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度控制機(ji)在其他行業(ye)的(de)運用(yong)則是(shi)設備(bei)(bei)構成的(de)必然(ran)條(tiao)件,叫(jiao)法也不同(tong)。在PVC片(pian)材輥(gun)輪控溫(wen)(wen)(wen)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)叫(jiao)油加(jia)熱器,在擠出機(ji)設備(bei)(bei)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)叫(jiao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)控裝(zhuang)置,在橡(xiang)膠(jiao)密煉機(ji)設備(bei)(bei)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)叫(jiao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度控制系統或叫(jiao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)控機(ji),這些設備(bei)(bei)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)基本上是(shi)一個先快速升溫(wen)(wen)(wen),然(ran)后(hou)是(shi)保溫(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)過程(cheng)。而在橡(xiang)膠(jiao)設備(bei)(bei)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)升溫(wen)(wen)(wen)后(hou)還需要長期執行一個降(jiang)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)冷(leng)卻的(de)過程(cheng)。?
