防爆(bao)(bao)加(jia)熱(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)(guan)是一種消(xiao)耗電能(neng)轉換為熱(re)(re)能(neng),來對需加(jia)熱(re)(re)物料進(jin)(jin)行加(jia)熱(re)(re)。防爆(bao)(bao)加(jia)熱(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)(guan)是由外到(dao)(dao)里外殼(不繡(xiu)鋼/碳鋼/銅/鈦材等(deng)、發熱(re)(re)絲(鎳鉻鉛合金)、填充(chong)物(氧化鎂(mei),作用(yong)是導熱(re)(re)、絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan))、外殼(不繡(xiu)鋼、碳鋼、鈦材、銅 等(deng))、陶瓷封頭(作用(yong):絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan))、防爆(bao)(bao)盒(he)組成的(de)(de)。加(jia)熱(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)(guan)在(zai)工(gong)作中低(di)溫(wen)(wen)流體介(jie)質通過管(guan)(guan)(guan)道在(zai)壓力作用(yong)下進(jin)(jin)入(ru)其輸入(ru)口(kou),沿著(zhu)電加(jia)熱(re)(re)容器內部特(te)定換熱(re)(re)流道,運(yun)用(yong)空(kong)氣(qi)電熱(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)流體熱(re)(re)力學(xue)原理設計的(de)(de)路(lu)徑(jing),帶走(zou)空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)(guan)中的(de)(de)電熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件工(gong)作中所產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)(de)高溫(wen)(wen)熱(re)(re)能(neng)量,使(shi)空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)(guan)被(bei)加(jia)熱(re)(re)介(jie)質溫(wen)(wen)度升高,加(jia)熱(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)(guan)出口(kou)得到(dao)(dao)工(gong)藝要(yao)求的(de)(de)高溫(wen)(wen)介(jie)質。
產(chan)品特點
1.升(sheng)溫(wen)時(shi)間在(zai)試驗電壓(ya)下,元件從(cong)環境溫(wen)度升(sheng)至試驗溫(wen)度時(shi)間應不大于15min
2.額定(ding)(ding)功(gong)率偏差(cha)在充(chong)分發熱的(de)(de)(de)(de)條(tiao)件(jian)下(xia),元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)額定(ding)(ding)功(gong)率的(de)(de)(de)(de)偏差(cha)應(ying)不超(chao)過下(xia)列規定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)(de)(de)范(fan)圍;對額定(ding)(ding)功(gong)率小于等于100W的(de)(de)(de)(de)元(yuan)件(jian)為:士(shi)10%。對額定(ding)(ding)功(gong)率大(da)(da)于100W的(de)(de)(de)(de)元(yuan)件(jian)為+5%~- 10%或(huo)10W,取(qu)兩者中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)較(jiao)大(da)(da)值。
