法蘭加熱器性能及使用
法蘭加熱器(qi)是由多支加熱管焊接在法蘭上(shang)集中加熱。主要用(yong)于敞開式(shi)、封閉式(shi)的溶(rong)液箱和循環系統中加熱用(yong)。
法蘭加熱器優點
表面功率大,使空氣加熱表面負荷的2~4倍,高度密集式、結構緊湊。由于整體短而密集,法蘭電加熱管故穩定性好,安裝無需支架。 組合式法蘭加熱器大多采用氬弧焊接方式使電熱管于法蘭連接,也可利用緊固裝置的形式,即每支電熱管上焊由緊固件。然后與法蘭蓋采用螺母鎖緊。管子于緊固件采用氬弧焊接,永不泄漏。緊固件密封處采用科學的工藝。單支更換極為方便,大大節約以后的維修成本 選擇進口及國內優質材料。科學的生產工藝,嚴格的質量管理,保證電熱管優越的電氣性能。
