在用(yong)多孔性固體(ti)(ti)物(wu)(wu)質(zhi)處(chu)(chu)理流體(ti)(ti)混合物(wu)(wu)時(shi),流體(ti)(ti)中的(de)某(mou)一組(zu)分或某(mou)些組(zu)分可(ke)被(bei)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)表(biao)面并濃集其上,此(ci)現象(xiang)稱為(wei)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)。吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)處(chu)(chu)理廢氣時(shi),吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)的(de)對象(xiang)是氣態污染物(wu)(wu),氣固吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)。被(bei)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)的(de)氣體(ti)(ti)組(zu)分稱為(wei)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)質(zhi),多孔固體(ti)(ti)物(wu)(wu)質(zhi)稱為(wei)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)劑(ji)。
吸收法(fa)采用低揮發(fa)或不揮發(fa)性溶(rong)劑對VOCs進行吸收,再(zai)利用VOCs和吸收劑物理性質(zhi)的差異進行分離。
含VOCs的氣(qi)體(ti)自吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)塔(ta)(ta)底部進(jin)入(ru)塔(ta)(ta)內,在上升過程中與來自塔(ta)(ta)頂的吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)劑逆(ni)流接觸,凈化(hua)后(hou)(hou)的氣(qi)體(ti)由塔(ta)(ta)頂排出。吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)了VOCs的吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)劑通過熱(re)交換器(qi)后(hou)(hou),廢氣(qi)處理設備進(jin)入(ru)汽提塔(ta)(ta)頂部,在溫度(du)(du)高于吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)溫度(du)(du)或壓(ya)力低(di)于吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)壓(ya)力的條件下(xia)解吸(xi)(xi)。解吸(xi)(xi)后(hou)(hou)的吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)劑經(jing)過溶劑冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝后(hou)(hou)回到吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)塔(ta)(ta)。解吸(xi)(xi)出的VOCs氣(qi)體(ti)經(jing)過冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)、氣(qi)液分離(li)器(qi)后(hou)(hou)以較(jiao)(jiao)純的VOCs氣(qi)體(ti)離(li)開汽提塔(ta)(ta),被回收(shou)(shou)(shou)利(li)用。該工藝(yi)適合于VOCs濃度(du)(du)較(jiao)(jiao)高、溫度(du)(du)較(jiao)(jiao)低(di)的氣(qi)體(ti)凈化(hua),其他情況下(xia)需(xu)要作(zuo)相應的工藝(yi)調整。
固體表面(mian)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)了吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)后,一(yi)(yi)部被吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)的吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)可從吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)劑表面(mian)脫離,此現附(fu)。而當吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)進(jin)行一(yi)(yi)段(duan)時間后,由于表面(mian)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的濃(nong)集,使其吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)能(neng)力(li)明顯(xian)下(xia)降而吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)凈化的要求,此時需要采用一(yi)(yi)定的措施使吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)劑上(shang)已吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)的吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)脫附(fu),以協的吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)能(neng)力(li),這個過程(cheng)稱(cheng)為吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)劑的再(zai)生(sheng)。因此在實(shi)際(ji)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)工程(cheng)中(zhong),正(zheng)是利(li)用吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)一(yi)(yi)再(zai)生(sheng)一(yi)(yi)再(zai)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)的循環過程(cheng),達到除去廢氣(qi)中(zhong)污染物質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)并(bing)回收廢氣(qi)中(zhong)有(you)用組分。
