模溫(wen)機又(you)叫模具溫(wen)度(du)控(kong)制機,廣泛應用于塑膠成型,導光(guang)板壓鑄(zhu),橡(xiang)膠輪胎(tai)、滾(gun)輪,化工反(fan)應釜、粘合、密煉等各行各業(ye)。從廣義(yi)方(fang)面講,叫溫(wen)度(du)控(kong)制設備,包含加溫(wen)和冷凍兩個方(fang)面的溫(wen)度(du)控(kong)制。
現在模溫(wen)機(ji)(ji)一般分水溫(wen)機(ji)(ji)、油溫(wen)機(ji)(ji)控制的溫(wen)度(du)可以達到(dao)正(zheng)負(fu)0.1度(du)。標準型水介(jie)質(zhi)模溫(wen)機(ji)(ji)工作(zuo)較(jiao)(jiao)高溫(wen)度(du)為120℃,高溫(wen)型水介(jie)質(zhi)模溫(wen)機(ji)(ji)工作(zuo)較(jiao)(jiao)高180℃。水式模溫(wen)機(ji)(ji)由(you)于(yu)比較(jiao)(jiao)干凈,常(chang)用于(yu)光學鏡片(pian)、注塑成(cheng)型等(deng)行業。
油(you)(you)式(shi)(shi)模溫(wen)(wen)機(ji)又叫油(you)(you)溫(wen)(wen)機(ji)或(huo)是(shi)油(you)(you)加熱(re)器,油(you)(you)式(shi)(shi)模溫(wen)(wen)機(ji)(油(you)(you)溫(wen)(wen)機(ji)):油(you)(you)式(shi)(shi)模溫(wen)(wen)機(ji)分(fen)為三個(ge)等級:標準型(xing)、高溫(wen)(wen)型(xing)、超(chao)高溫(wen)(wen)型(xing),較高工作溫(wen)(wen)度分(fen)別(bie)為180℃,300℃,350℃。
其工作原理:模溫(wen)機管(guan)路與(yu)模具油(you)道連(lian)接(jie)構成(cheng)回路,導熱油(you)在泵的(de)作用下進行循環。溫(wen)度傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)將數據傳(chuan)送到控(kong)制(zhi)系統,自動調整加熱/冷卻動作,控(kong)制(zhi)導熱油(you)溫(wen)度。
模(mo)溫機在塑膠行業的運(yun)用(yong)比較普遍(bian),主要(yao)作用(yong)是:
1,提高(gao)產(chan)品的成(cheng)型(xing)效(xiao)率;
2,降低不良品的產(chan)生;

模(mo)溫(wen)機在壓(ya)鑄行(xing)業的(de)(de)運用(yong)也有很大(da)的(de)(de)空間(jian)(jian),特別(bie)是在鎂合金(jin),鋁(lv)合金(jin)的(de)(de)制造中(zhong),不平均或不適(shi)當的(de)(de)模(mo)具(ju)溫(wen)度會(hui)導致鑄件尺寸不穩定(ding),在生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)過程(cheng)中(zhong)頂出鑄件變形,產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)熱(re)壓(ya)力、黏(nian)模(mo)、表面凹(ao)陷(xian)、內縮孔及(ji)熱(re)泡等缺陷(xian)。對生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)周期也產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)影響,如填(tian)充時(shi)間(jian)(jian)、冷卻時(shi)間(jian)(jian)及(ji)噴涂時(shi)間(jian)(jian)都產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)不穩定(ding)的(de)(de)變數。模(mo)具(ju)的(de)(de)壽命也會(hui)因受(shou)到過冷過熱(re)的(de)(de)沖(chong)擊而(er)導致昂貴(gui)的(de)(de)鋼材產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)熱(re)裂,加速(su)其老(lao)化。

溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度控(kong)(kong)制機在其他行業的(de)(de)運用(yong)則是(shi)設(she)備(bei)(bei)構成的(de)(de)必然條件,叫法也(ye)不(bu)同(tong)。在PVC片材輥輪控(kong)(kong)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)中(zhong)叫油(you)加熱(re)器(qi),在擠出機設(she)備(bei)(bei)中(zhong)叫溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)控(kong)(kong)裝置,在橡(xiang)膠密煉機設(she)備(bei)(bei)中(zhong)叫溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度控(kong)(kong)制系統或叫溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)控(kong)(kong)機,這些設(she)備(bei)(bei)中(zhong)基本上是(shi)一(yi)個先快(kuai)速升溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen),然后是(shi)保溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)過(guo)程。而在橡(xiang)膠設(she)備(bei)(bei)中(zhong)升溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)后還需要長期執行一(yi)個降溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)冷(leng)卻的(de)(de)過(guo)程。?
