1.升溫(wen)(wen)時間(jian)(jian)在試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電壓下(xia),元件從環境溫(wen)(wen)度升至試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)溫(wen)(wen)度時間(jian)(jian)應不大于15min
