模溫(wen)機(ji)又叫模具溫(wen)度控(kong)制機(ji),廣泛(fan)應用于塑(su)膠成型,導光板壓(ya)鑄,橡膠輪胎、滾輪,化工反應釜、粘合、密煉等(deng)各(ge)行(xing)各(ge)業。從(cong)廣義方面(mian)講,叫溫(wen)度控(kong)制設(she)備,包含加溫(wen)和冷(leng)凍兩(liang)個方面(mian)的溫(wen)度控(kong)制。
現在模(mo)(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)一(yi)般分水(shui)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)、油溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)控制的溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)可以達到正負0.1度(du)。標(biao)準(zhun)型水(shui)介質(zhi)模(mo)(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)較高溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)為120℃,高溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)型水(shui)介質(zhi)模(mo)(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)較高180℃。水(shui)式模(mo)(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)由于比較干凈,常用(yong)于光學(xue)鏡片、注塑成型等行業。
油(you)(you)式(shi)模(mo)(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)又(you)叫油(you)(you)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)或是(shi)油(you)(you)加熱器(qi),油(you)(you)式(shi)模(mo)(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)(油(you)(you)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)):油(you)(you)式(shi)模(mo)(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)分為三(san)個等級:標準(zhun)型(xing)、高溫(wen)(wen)(wen)型(xing)、超(chao)高溫(wen)(wen)(wen)型(xing),較高工作(zuo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度分別為180℃,300℃,350℃。
其工作原理:模溫機管路與模具油(you)道連接構成回路,導熱(re)油(you)在泵的作用下(xia)進行循(xun)環。溫度(du)傳(chuan)感器(qi)將(jiang)數(shu)據傳(chuan)送到控(kong)制系統,自動調(diao)整加熱(re)/冷卻動作,控(kong)制導熱(re)油(you)溫度(du)。
模溫(wen)機在塑膠行(xing)業的運用(yong)比較(jiao)普遍,主要作用(yong)是(shi):
1,提高產品的(de)成型(xing)效率;
