模溫(wen)(wen)機又叫(jiao)模具溫(wen)(wen)度(du)控制機,廣泛應用于塑膠成型,導光板壓鑄,橡膠輪(lun)(lun)胎、滾輪(lun)(lun),化工反(fan)應釜、粘合、密煉等各(ge)行各(ge)業(ye)。從廣義方面講(jiang),叫(jiao)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)控制設備,包含加溫(wen)(wen)和冷凍兩個(ge)方面的溫(wen)(wen)度(du)控制。
現(xian)在模(mo)溫(wen)機(ji)一般分水(shui)溫(wen)機(ji)、油溫(wen)機(ji)控制的溫(wen)度(du)可以(yi)達(da)到正負(fu)0.1度(du)。標(biao)準型水(shui)介質(zhi)模(mo)溫(wen)機(ji)工(gong)作較高溫(wen)度(du)為120℃,高溫(wen)型水(shui)介質(zhi)模(mo)溫(wen)機(ji)工(gong)作較高180℃。水(shui)式模(mo)溫(wen)機(ji)由于(yu)比較干凈,常用于(yu)光(guang)學鏡片、注塑成(cheng)型等行業(ye)。
油(you)(you)(you)式(shi)模溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機又叫油(you)(you)(you)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機或是(shi)油(you)(you)(you)加(jia)熱器,油(you)(you)(you)式(shi)模溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(油(you)(you)(you)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機):油(you)(you)(you)式(shi)模溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機分(fen)為三個等級:標準型、高溫(wen)(wen)(wen)型、超高溫(wen)(wen)(wen)型,較高工作溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度分(fen)別為180℃,300℃,350℃。
其工作(zuo)原理:模溫機管路與模具(ju)油道連(lian)接構成回(hui)路,導熱油在泵的作(zuo)用下進行循環(huan)。溫度傳感器將數據傳送(song)到控制系統,自(zi)動調整加熱/冷卻動作(zuo),控制導熱油溫度。
模(mo)溫(wen)機在塑膠行業(ye)的運用(yong)比較普遍,主要作用(yong)是:
1,提高產品(pin)的成型(xing)效率;
