輻射加熱管是把電加熱元件封閉在保護套內通電發熱,由套管間接把熱量輻射給爐襯和被處理工件,廣泛應用于熱處理行業的各種加熱爐中。
輻(fu)射加熱(re)管,是把(ba)電(dian)加熱(re)元(yuan)件封閉在(zai)保護套(tao)內通(tong)電(dian)發熱(re),由(you)套(tao)管間(jian)接把(ba)熱(re)量(liang)輻(fu)射給爐襯和被處理工件,紅外輻(fu)射加熱(re)管廣泛應(ying)用于熱(re)處理行業(ye)的各種加熱(re)爐中。
輻射加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)使用的電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)合金材(cai)料應具有較高(gao)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)率,電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)轉化率高(gao)。由于(yu)輻射管(guan)(guan)放置在(zai)套管(guan)(guan)內,傳熱(re)(re)(re)(re)過程(cheng)與一(yi)般敞露(lu)型電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)不同(tong),其熱(re)(re)(re)(re)屏(ping)蔽大,升溫(wen)(wen)(wen)過程(cheng)中必須對元(yuan)件(jian)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)進行控制,防止元(yuan)件(jian)超溫(wen)(wen)(wen)。輻射管(guan)(guan)封閉加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)時(shi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)表面溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)比爐(lu)膛溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)高(gao)約100℃-150℃。所以在(zai)選(xuan)(xuan)材(cai)時(shi)要分(fen)析(xi)爐(lu)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)、爐(lu)內氣(qi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)氛圍,選(xuan)(xuan)擇正確的加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)材(cai)料。
目前(qian)輻射(she)管(guan)加熱(re)(re)管(guan)系(xi)列(lie)有(you)鼠(shu)籠(long)式(shi)、立帶(dai)(dai)式(shi)和(he)(he)螺旋式(shi)等,加熱(re)(re)元件(jian)系(xi)采用(yong)(yong)進(jin)口(kou)或(huo)國(guo)產電阻絲(si)(si)、鎳鉻絲(si)(si)(或(huo)帶(dai)(dai))、鐵鉻鋁(絲(si)(si)或(huo)帶(dai)(dai)),保護管(guan)采用(yong)(yong)進(jin)口(kou)高溫合金板材、耐熱(re)(re)鋼板卷(juan)制焊(han)接或(huo)離心鑄造而成,具有(you)高溫抗(kang)氧化性(xing)和(he)(he)抗(kang)滲碳性(xing)能好、使用(yong)(yong)壽命長等特點。
