模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)機又叫(jiao)模(mo)具溫(wen)(wen)度控制機,廣泛應用于塑膠成型,導光板壓鑄,橡膠輪胎、滾(gun)輪,化工(gong)反應釜、粘(zhan)合(he)、密煉等(deng)各行各業。從廣義(yi)方(fang)面講,叫(jiao)溫(wen)(wen)度控制設(she)備,包(bao)含加溫(wen)(wen)和(he)冷凍兩個方(fang)面的溫(wen)(wen)度控制。
現在模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)一(yi)般分水(shui)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)、油溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)控制的溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度可以達到正負(fu)0.1度。標準型水(shui)介質模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)工作較高溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度為120℃,高溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)型水(shui)介質模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)工作較高180℃。水(shui)式模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)由于比較干凈,常用于光學鏡片、注塑(su)成(cheng)型等行業。
油(you)式(shi)模(mo)溫(wen)機(ji)又叫油(you)溫(wen)機(ji)或(huo)是油(you)加熱器,油(you)式(shi)模(mo)溫(wen)機(ji)(油(you)溫(wen)機(ji)):油(you)式(shi)模(mo)溫(wen)機(ji)分為三(san)個等級:標準型、高溫(wen)型、超高溫(wen)型,較高工作溫(wen)度分別為180℃,300℃,350℃。
其工(gong)作(zuo)原理:模(mo)溫機管路與(yu)模(mo)具油(you)道連(lian)接(jie)構成回路,導熱油(you)在泵(beng)的作(zuo)用下進行循環。溫度傳感器將(jiang)數據傳送(song)到控(kong)制系統,自動調(diao)整(zheng)加熱/冷卻動作(zuo),控(kong)制導熱油(you)溫度。
模(mo)溫(wen)機在(zai)塑(su)膠行(xing)業的運用(yong)(yong)比較普遍,主要作用(yong)(yong)是:
1,提高產品(pin)的成型(xing)效率(lv);
2,降低(di)不良(liang)品的產生;
3,提高(gao)產品(pin)的外觀,抑制(zhi)產品(pin)的缺陷;
4,加快生產進度(du),降低(di)能(neng)(neng)耗,節約能(neng)(neng)源。
模溫機在(zai)壓鑄(zhu)(zhu)行業(ye)的(de)運用也(ye)有很大(da)的(de)空(kong)間,特(te)別是在(zai)鎂合金,鋁合金的(de)制造中(zhong)(zhong),不(bu)平均或不(bu)適(shi)當的(de)模具溫度(du)會導(dao)致鑄(zhu)(zhu)件(jian)尺(chi)寸不(bu)穩定,在(zai)生產過程中(zhong)(zhong)頂出(chu)鑄(zhu)(zhu)件(jian)變(bian)形(xing),產生熱壓力、黏模、表面凹陷、內縮(suo)孔及熱泡等缺陷。對生產周期(qi)也(ye)產生影響(xiang),如填(tian)充時(shi)(shi)間、冷(leng)卻時(shi)(shi)間及噴涂時(shi)(shi)間都(dou)產生不(bu)穩定的(de)變(bian)數(shu)。模具的(de)壽命也(ye)會因受到過冷(leng)過熱的(de)沖(chong)擊而(er)導(dao)致昂貴(gui)的(de)鋼材產生熱裂,加(jia)速其老化。
在現代(dai)化的工廠(chang)中,因(yin)應市場的競爭,節(jie)省人力(li),提(ti)(ti)高(gao)品(pin)(pin)質(zhi),降低成本的經營(ying)策略(lve)是刻不容緩的,模(mo)溫機的使(shi)用,可使(shi)模(mo)具(ju)預熱時間減少(shao),成品(pin)(pin)表面質(zhi)量提(ti)(ti)升及可完全自(zi)動(dong)化生(sheng)產(chan)。提(ti)(ti)高(gao)模(mo)具(ju)壽(shou)命是提(ti)(ti)高(gao)生(sheng)產(chan)力(li)的必(bi)要手段。
溫(wen)度(du)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)機(ji)在其他行(xing)業的(de)運用則是設備(bei)構成的(de)必然條件,叫(jiao)法(fa)也(ye)不同(tong)。在PVC片材輥(gun)輪(lun)控(kong)(kong)溫(wen)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)叫(jiao)油加熱器(qi),在擠出機(ji)設備(bei)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)叫(jiao)溫(wen)控(kong)(kong)裝置(zhi),在橡(xiang)膠(jiao)密煉機(ji)設備(bei)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)叫(jiao)溫(wen)度(du)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系統或叫(jiao)溫(wen)控(kong)(kong)機(ji),這(zhe)些設備(bei)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)基本上(shang)是一個(ge)先快速升(sheng)(sheng)溫(wen),然后是保溫(wen)的(de)過程(cheng)(cheng)。而在橡(xiang)膠(jiao)設備(bei)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)升(sheng)(sheng)溫(wen)后還需要長(chang)期執行(xing)一個(ge)降(jiang)溫(wen)冷卻的(de)過程(cheng)(cheng)。?
