防爆加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)是(shi)一種消耗電(dian)能(neng)轉換(huan)為(wei)熱(re)(re)(re)能(neng),來(lai)對需加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)物(wu)料進行(xing)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)。防爆加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)是(shi)由外(wai)到(dao)里外(wai)殼(ke)(不繡鋼/碳鋼/銅(tong)(tong)/鈦材(cai)等(deng)、發熱(re)(re)(re)絲(si)(鎳鉻(ge)鉛合(he)金)、填充物(wu)(氧化(hua)鎂(mei),作用是(shi)導(dao)熱(re)(re)(re)、絕緣(yuan))、外(wai)殼(ke)(不繡鋼、碳鋼、鈦材(cai)、銅(tong)(tong) 等(deng))、陶瓷封頭(作用:絕緣(yuan))、防爆盒(he)組(zu)成(cheng)的。加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)在工(gong)(gong)作中低溫流(liu)體介(jie)質通過管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道在壓力作用下進入(ru)(ru)其輸入(ru)(ru)口,沿(yan)著(zhu)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)容器(qi)內部特定換(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)流(liu)道,運用空氣(qi)(qi)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的流(liu)體熱(re)(re)(re)力學原理設(she)計(ji)的路徑,帶走空氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)中的電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件工(gong)(gong)作中所產生的高(gao)溫熱(re)(re)(re)能(neng)量(liang),使空氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)被加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)介(jie)質溫度升(sheng)高(gao),加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)出口得到(dao)工(gong)(gong)藝要求的高(gao)溫介(jie)質。
