防爆電加熱器(qi)工作原理
防(fang)爆電(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器是(shi)一種消耗電(dian)(dian)能(neng)轉換為熱(re)(re)能(neng),來對需加(jia)熱(re)(re)物料進行加(jia)熱(re)(re)。在工作中低溫(wen)(wen)流體介(jie)質(zhi)通過(guo)管道在壓(ya)力(li)作用(yong)下進入其輸(shu)(shu)入口,沿(yan)著電(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)容器內部(bu)特定換熱(re)(re)流道,運(yun)用(yong)流體熱(re)(re)力(li)學原理設計的路徑,帶走電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)工作中所產(chan)生的高溫(wen)(wen)熱(re)(re)能(neng)量,使(shi)被加(jia)熱(re)(re)介(jie)質(zhi)溫(wen)(wen)度升高,電(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器出口得到工藝要求的高溫(wen)(wen)介(jie)質(zhi)。電(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器內部(bu)控制系(xi)統(tong)依(yi)據輸(shu)(shu)出口的溫(wen)(wen)度傳感器信號(hao)自動調節電(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器輸(shu)(shu)出功率,使(shi)輸(shu)(shu)出口的介(jie)質(zhi)溫(wen)(wen)度均勻;當發熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)超溫(wen)(wen)時,發熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的獨(du)立的過(guo)熱(re)(re)保護裝置立即切斷加(jia)熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)源,避免加(jia)熱(re)(re)物料超溫(wen)(wen)引起結(jie)焦、變質(zhi)、碳化,嚴重時導(dao)致發熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)燒壞(huai),有效延長電(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器使(shi)用(yong)壽(shou)命。
