現(xian)在模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機一般分水(shui)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機、油(you)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機控制(zhi)的溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)可以達到正負0.1度(du)。標準型(xing)水(shui)介質模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機工(gong)作較(jiao)(jiao)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)為120℃,高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)型(xing)水(shui)介質模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機工(gong)作較(jiao)(jiao)高(gao)180℃。水(shui)式模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機由于(yu)比較(jiao)(jiao)干(gan)凈,常用于(yu)光學(xue)鏡片、注塑成型(xing)等行業。
油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)式模溫(wen)(wen)機(ji)又叫油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)溫(wen)(wen)機(ji)或是油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)加(jia)熱器,油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)式模溫(wen)(wen)機(ji)(油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)溫(wen)(wen)機(ji)):油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)式模溫(wen)(wen)機(ji)分為(wei)三(san)個等級:標準型、高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)型、超(chao)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)型,較高(gao)工作溫(wen)(wen)度(du)分別為(wei)180℃,300℃,350℃。
其工(gong)作(zuo)原理:模溫(wen)機管(guan)路與模具油(you)道(dao)連接構(gou)成回路,導熱(re)(re)油(you)在泵的作(zuo)用(yong)下進(jin)行(xing)循環。溫(wen)度(du)傳感器將數據傳送(song)到(dao)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統,自動(dong)調整(zheng)加熱(re)(re)/冷卻(que)動(dong)作(zuo),控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)導熱(re)(re)油(you)溫(wen)度(du)。
模(mo)溫(wen)機(ji)在塑膠行業的運用(yong)比較普(pu)遍,主要作用(yong)是:
1,提高產(chan)品的成型效率;
2,降低不良品的產生(sheng);
