在用多孔性固(gu)(gu)體(ti)物(wu)質處理(li)流體(ti)混合物(wu)時(shi),流體(ti)中的(de)某(mou)一(yi)組(zu)分或(huo)某(mou)些組(zu)分可被吸(xi)(xi)表面并濃集其上,此現象稱為吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)。吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)處理(li)廢氣時(shi),吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)的(de)對象是(shi)氣態污(wu)染物(wu),氣固(gu)(gu)吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)。被吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)的(de)氣體(ti)組(zu)分稱為吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)質,多孔固(gu)(gu)體(ti)物(wu)質稱為吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)劑(ji)。
固體表(biao)面(mian)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)了吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)質(zhi)后,一(yi)部被吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)的(de)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)質(zhi)可從(cong)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)劑表(biao)面(mian)脫(tuo)離,此(ci)現附(fu)(fu)(fu)。而當吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)進(jin)行一(yi)段時(shi)間后,由于表(biao)面(mian)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)質(zhi)的(de)濃集,使(shi)(shi)其吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)能力(li)明顯(xian)下降而吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)凈化的(de)要求,此(ci)時(shi)需要采用一(yi)定的(de)措(cuo)施使(shi)(shi)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)劑上已吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)的(de)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)質(zhi)脫(tuo)附(fu)(fu)(fu),以協的(de)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)能力(li),這個(ge)過程(cheng)稱為吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)劑的(de)再生。因此(ci)在實(shi)際吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)工(gong)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),正是利(li)用吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)一(yi)再生一(yi)再吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)的(de)循環過程(cheng),達到除去廢(fei)氣(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)污染物質(zhi)并回收廢(fei)氣(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)有用組分。
