模溫(wen)(wen)機(ji)又叫(jiao)(jiao)模具溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)控制(zhi)(zhi)機(ji),廣泛(fan)應用于塑膠成(cheng)型,導光板壓(ya)鑄,橡(xiang)膠輪胎、滾輪,化工(gong)反應釜、粘合、密煉(lian)等各行(xing)各業。從廣義方面講,叫(jiao)(jiao)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)控制(zhi)(zhi)設備,包含(han)加溫(wen)(wen)和冷凍(dong)兩個方面的溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)控制(zhi)(zhi)。
現在模溫(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)(ji)一般分(fen)水溫(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)(ji)、油(you)溫(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)(ji)控制的溫(wen)(wen)度(du)可(ke)以達到正(zheng)負(fu)0.1度(du)。標準(zhun)型(xing)水介質模溫(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)(ji)工作較(jiao)高溫(wen)(wen)度(du)為120℃,高溫(wen)(wen)型(xing)水介質模溫(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)(ji)工作較(jiao)高180℃。水式模溫(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)(ji)由于比較(jiao)干凈,常用于光學(xue)鏡片(pian)、注(zhu)塑成型(xing)等行業。
油(you)式(shi)(shi)模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)又叫油(you)溫(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)或是油(you)加熱器,油(you)式(shi)(shi)模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)(油(you)溫(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)):油(you)式(shi)(shi)模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)分(fen)為三個(ge)等(deng)級(ji):標準型(xing)、高溫(wen)(wen)型(xing)、超(chao)高溫(wen)(wen)型(xing),較(jiao)高工作溫(wen)(wen)度分(fen)別為180℃,300℃,350℃。
其工作(zuo)(zuo)原(yuan)理(li):模溫(wen)(wen)機管路(lu)與模具油道連(lian)接構成回路(lu),導熱(re)油在(zai)泵(beng)的作(zuo)(zuo)用下進(jin)行(xing)循環。溫(wen)(wen)度(du)傳(chuan)感器將數據傳(chuan)送到控(kong)制系統(tong),自動調整(zheng)加熱(re)/冷卻動作(zuo)(zuo),控(kong)制導熱(re)油溫(wen)(wen)度(du)。
模溫機(ji)在塑膠行業的(de)運用(yong)比(bi)較普遍,主要(yao)作(zuo)用(yong)是:
1,提高產(chan)品的成型(xing)效率(lv);
2,降(jiang)低(di)不良品的產(chan)生;
3,提高產(chan)品(pin)的外觀(guan),抑制(zhi)產(chan)品(pin)的缺陷(xian);

模(mo)溫(wen)機在(zai)(zai)壓鑄(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)業的(de)(de)(de)運用也(ye)有很大的(de)(de)(de)空(kong)間,特別是(shi)在(zai)(zai)鎂合金(jin),鋁合金(jin)的(de)(de)(de)制造中(zhong),不平均或不適當的(de)(de)(de)模(mo)具(ju)溫(wen)度會(hui)導(dao)致(zhi)鑄(zhu)(zhu)件尺寸不穩定(ding),在(zai)(zai)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)過程中(zhong)頂出鑄(zhu)(zhu)件變形,產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)熱壓力、黏模(mo)、表面凹陷、內縮孔及熱泡等缺陷。對生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)周期也(ye)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)影響,如填充時(shi)間、冷卻時(shi)間及噴(pen)涂(tu)時(shi)間都產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)不穩定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)變數。模(mo)具(ju)的(de)(de)(de)壽命也(ye)會(hui)因(yin)受到過冷過熱的(de)(de)(de)沖(chong)擊而導(dao)致(zhi)昂貴的(de)(de)(de)鋼材產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)熱裂,加(jia)速其老化。
