在用多孔(kong)性固體(ti)(ti)物(wu)(wu)質(zhi)處(chu)理流體(ti)(ti)混合物(wu)(wu)時(shi),流體(ti)(ti)中的(de)某一(yi)組(zu)分或某些組(zu)分可被(bei)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)表面并濃集其(qi)上,此(ci)現象稱(cheng)為(wei)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)附。吸(xi)(xi)(xi)附處(chu)理廢(fei)氣(qi)時(shi),吸(xi)(xi)(xi)附的(de)對(dui)象是(shi)氣(qi)態污染(ran)物(wu)(wu),氣(qi)固吸(xi)(xi)(xi)附。被(bei)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)附的(de)氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)組(zu)分稱(cheng)為(wei)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)附質(zhi),多孔(kong)固體(ti)(ti)物(wu)(wu)質(zhi)稱(cheng)為(wei)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)附劑。
吸(xi)(xi)收法(fa)采用低揮發或不揮發性(xing)溶劑對VOCs進行(xing)(xing)吸(xi)(xi)收,再利用VOCs和(he)吸(xi)(xi)收劑物(wu)理(li)性(xing)質的差異進行(xing)(xing)分離。
含(han)VOCs的(de)(de)(de)氣體(ti)自(zi)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)塔(ta)(ta)底(di)部(bu)進入塔(ta)(ta)內(nei),在上升過程(cheng)中與來自(zi)塔(ta)(ta)頂(ding)的(de)(de)(de)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)劑逆流接(jie)觸,凈化(hua)后的(de)(de)(de)氣體(ti)由塔(ta)(ta)頂(ding)排(pai)出(chu)(chu)。吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)了VOCs的(de)(de)(de)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)劑通過熱(re)交換(huan)器后,廢(fei)氣處理設(she)備進入汽(qi)提塔(ta)(ta)頂(ding)部(bu),在溫度(du)高于(yu)(yu)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)溫度(du)或壓力低于(yu)(yu)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)壓力的(de)(de)(de)條件下(xia)解吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)。解吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)后的(de)(de)(de)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)劑經(jing)過溶劑冷(leng)凝器冷(leng)凝后回到(dao)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)塔(ta)(ta)。解吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)出(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)(de)VOCs氣體(ti)經(jing)過冷(leng)凝器、氣液分離器后以較(jiao)(jiao)純的(de)(de)(de)VOCs氣體(ti)離開汽(qi)提塔(ta)(ta),被(bei)回收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)利(li)用(yong)。該工(gong)藝(yi)適合于(yu)(yu)VOCs濃度(du)較(jiao)(jiao)高、溫度(du)較(jiao)(jiao)低的(de)(de)(de)氣體(ti)凈化(hua),其他情況下(xia)需要作相(xiang)應的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)藝(yi)調整。
固體表(biao)面吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)了吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)質后,一部被吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)的(de)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)質可從(cong)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)劑表(biao)面脫離,此現附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)。而當吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)進行一段時間(jian)后,由于表(biao)面吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)質的(de)濃(nong)集,使其(qi)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)能力明(ming)顯(xian)下(xia)降而吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)凈(jing)化(hua)的(de)要求,此時需(xu)要采用(yong)一定的(de)措施使吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)劑上(shang)已吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)的(de)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)質脫附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu),以協的(de)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)能力,這(zhe)個過程稱為吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)劑的(de)再(zai)生(sheng)。因此在實際吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)工程中(zhong),正是利用(yong)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)一再(zai)生(sheng)一再(zai)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)的(de)循環過程,達到除去廢(fei)氣中(zhong)污染物(wu)質并回收廢(fei)氣中(zhong)有(you)用(yong)組分。
