模(mo)(mo)溫機又叫模(mo)(mo)具溫度控制(zhi)機,廣泛(fan)應用(yong)于塑膠成型,導光板壓鑄,橡膠輪胎、滾輪,化工反應釜、粘(zhan)合、密煉等各(ge)(ge)行(xing)各(ge)(ge)業。從廣義方(fang)面講(jiang),叫溫度控制(zhi)設備,包(bao)含加溫和冷凍兩(liang)個方(fang)面的溫度控制(zhi)。
現在模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)一般分水溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)、油溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)控(kong)制的溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度可以達到正負0.1度。標(biao)準型(xing)水介質(zhi)模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)工作(zuo)較高溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度為120℃,高溫(wen)(wen)(wen)型(xing)水介質(zhi)模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)工作(zuo)較高180℃。水式(shi)模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)由于比較干(gan)凈,常用于光學鏡片、注塑成型(xing)等行業。
油(you)(you)式(shi)模(mo)溫(wen)機(ji)(ji)又叫油(you)(you)溫(wen)機(ji)(ji)或是油(you)(you)加熱器,油(you)(you)式(shi)模(mo)溫(wen)機(ji)(ji)(油(you)(you)溫(wen)機(ji)(ji)):油(you)(you)式(shi)模(mo)溫(wen)機(ji)(ji)分為(wei)三個等級:標準型(xing)、高溫(wen)型(xing)、超高溫(wen)型(xing),較高工作(zuo)溫(wen)度(du)分別為(wei)180℃,300℃,350℃。
其(qi)工作(zuo)原理:模溫(wen)機管路與模具油道連接構成回路,導熱(re)油在泵(beng)的(de)作(zuo)用下進行循環。溫(wen)度(du)傳(chuan)感器(qi)將數(shu)據傳(chuan)送(song)到控(kong)制(zhi)系統,自動(dong)調(diao)整加(jia)熱(re)/冷卻動(dong)作(zuo),控(kong)制(zhi)導熱(re)油溫(wen)度(du)。
模(mo)溫機(ji)在(zai)塑膠行業(ye)的運(yun)用比較普遍,主(zhu)要作用是:
1,提高產品的成型效率(lv);
2,降(jiang)低(di)不良(liang)品的產生;
3,提高產品的外觀,抑制產品的缺陷;
4,加快生產進(jin)度,降低能耗,節約(yue)能源。
模溫(wen)機在壓(ya)鑄(zhu)行業的(de)(de)(de)運用也(ye)(ye)有很大(da)的(de)(de)(de)空間(jian),特別是在鎂合金(jin),鋁(lv)合金(jin)的(de)(de)(de)制造中,不(bu)平均(jun)或不(bu)適(shi)當(dang)的(de)(de)(de)模具溫(wen)度(du)會導(dao)致鑄(zhu)件尺(chi)寸不(bu)穩定,在生產(chan)(chan)(chan)過程中頂出鑄(zhu)件變(bian)形,產(chan)(chan)(chan)生熱(re)(re)壓(ya)力、黏模、表面凹陷(xian)、內縮孔及(ji)熱(re)(re)泡等缺陷(xian)。對生產(chan)(chan)(chan)周期也(ye)(ye)產(chan)(chan)(chan)生影響,如填充(chong)時(shi)間(jian)、冷(leng)卻時(shi)間(jian)及(ji)噴(pen)涂時(shi)間(jian)都產(chan)(chan)(chan)生不(bu)穩定的(de)(de)(de)變(bian)數。模具的(de)(de)(de)壽命(ming)也(ye)(ye)會因受(shou)到過冷(leng)過熱(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)沖擊而(er)導(dao)致昂(ang)貴的(de)(de)(de)鋼材產(chan)(chan)(chan)生熱(re)(re)裂(lie),加(jia)速其老化。
