產(chan)品特點
1.升(sheng)溫時間在試驗(yan)電壓下,元件(jian)從環境溫度升(sheng)至試驗(yan)溫度時間應不大于15min
2.額(e)定(ding)功率偏差在充(chong)分發(fa)熱的(de)(de)(de)(de)條件下(xia),元(yuan)件的(de)(de)(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)功率的(de)(de)(de)(de)偏差應不(bu)超過下(xia)列規定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)(de)范圍;對額(e)定(ding)功率小(xiao)于等于100W的(de)(de)(de)(de)元(yuan)件為:士(shi)10%。對額(e)定(ding)功率大于100W的(de)(de)(de)(de)元(yuan)件為+5%~- 10%或10W,取兩者中的(de)(de)(de)(de)較大值(zhi)。
