模(mo)溫機(ji)又叫模(mo)具溫度(du)控(kong)(kong)制機(ji),廣泛應用于(yu)塑(su)膠(jiao)成型,導光板壓鑄(zhu),橡(xiang)膠(jiao)輪(lun)胎、滾輪(lun),化工反應釜、粘合、密煉等(deng)各(ge)行各(ge)業。從(cong)廣義方(fang)面(mian)講,叫溫度(du)控(kong)(kong)制設備,包含加溫和冷凍兩個方(fang)面(mian)的溫度(du)控(kong)(kong)制。
現在(zai)模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)機一般分水溫(wen)(wen)機、油溫(wen)(wen)機控(kong)制的溫(wen)(wen)度可以達到正(zheng)負0.1度。標(biao)準型(xing)水介質模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)機工作較(jiao)高溫(wen)(wen)度為(wei)120℃,高溫(wen)(wen)型(xing)水介質模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)機工作較(jiao)高180℃。水式模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)機由(you)于比較(jiao)干凈,常用于光學鏡(jing)片、注塑(su)成型(xing)等行業。
油(you)式模溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)機又叫(jiao)油(you)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)機或(huo)是油(you)加熱器,油(you)式模溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)機(油(you)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)機):油(you)式模溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)機分為三個等級:標準型、高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)型、超高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)型,較高(gao)工作溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度分別為180℃,300℃,350℃。
其(qi)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)原理:模溫(wen)機管路與模具油(you)道(dao)連接(jie)構成回路,導熱油(you)在(zai)泵的作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)下(xia)進行循環。溫(wen)度(du)(du)傳感器將數據傳送到(dao)控(kong)制(zhi)系統,自動(dong)調整加熱/冷卻動(dong)作(zuo)(zuo),控(kong)制(zhi)導熱油(you)溫(wen)度(du)(du)。
模溫機在(zai)塑膠行業的運用比較普(pu)遍,主要作用是:
1,提高產品(pin)的(de)成型效率;
