輻射加熱管概況
輻射加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)管(guan)(guan),是把(ba)電加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)封閉(bi)在保(bao)護套(tao)內通電發(fa)熱(re)(re)(re)(re),由套(tao)管(guan)(guan)間接把(ba)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)量輻射給爐襯(chen)和(he)被處理工(gong)件(jian),紅外輻射加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)廣泛(fan)應用于熱(re)(re)(re)(re)處理行(xing)業的各種加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)爐中。
輻(fu)射(she)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)使用的電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)合金(jin)材料應具有較高的電(dian)阻率,電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)轉化率高。由(you)于輻(fu)射(she)管(guan)(guan)放置(zhi)在套管(guan)(guan)內,傳(chuan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)過(guo)程與一般(ban)敞露型電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)不同,其(qi)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)屏蔽大,升溫(wen)過(guo)程中必須(xu)對元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)溫(wen)度(du)(du)進行(xing)控制(zhi),防止元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)超溫(wen)。輻(fu)射(she)管(guan)(guan)封閉加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)時(shi),電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)表面溫(wen)度(du)(du)比爐(lu)膛溫(wen)度(du)(du)高約100℃-150℃。所以在選材時(shi)要(yao)分(fen)析爐(lu)溫(wen)、爐(lu)內氣溫(wen)氛圍,選擇正確的加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)材料。
目前(qian)輻射管加熱(re)管系(xi)列有鼠(shu)籠(long)式、立(li)帶(dai)式和螺旋式等(deng),加熱(re)元件(jian)系(xi)采用進(jin)口或(huo)國(guo)產電阻絲(si)、鎳(nie)鉻絲(si)(或(huo)帶(dai))、鐵鉻鋁(絲(si)或(huo)帶(dai)),保護管采用進(jin)口高(gao)溫合金板材、耐(nai)熱(re)鋼板卷制焊接或(huo)離心鑄造(zao)而成,具(ju)有高(gao)溫抗(kang)(kang)氧化性和抗(kang)(kang)滲碳性能(neng)好、使用壽命(ming)長等(deng)特點。
