輻射加熱管概況
輻射(she)(she)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)管,是把(ba)電加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)元件封閉在保護(hu)套內(nei)通電發熱(re)(re),由(you)套管間接(jie)把(ba)熱(re)(re)量(liang)輻射(she)(she)給爐襯和被處理工(gong)件,紅外(wai)輻射(she)(she)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)管廣泛應用于熱(re)(re)處理行業的各種加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)爐中。
輻射(she)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)使用(yong)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)合金材(cai)料應具(ju)有(you)較高的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)率,電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)轉化(hua)率高。由于輻射(she)管(guan)(guan)放(fang)置在套管(guan)(guan)內,傳熱(re)(re)過(guo)程與一(yi)般(ban)敞露型電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)不同,其(qi)熱(re)(re)屏蔽(bi)大,升溫(wen)過(guo)程中必(bi)須對元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)溫(wen)度進行控(kong)制,防止元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)超溫(wen)。輻射(she)管(guan)(guan)封閉加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)時(shi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)表面溫(wen)度比爐(lu)(lu)膛(tang)溫(wen)度高約100℃-150℃。所以在選材(cai)時(shi)要分析爐(lu)(lu)溫(wen)、爐(lu)(lu)內氣(qi)溫(wen)氛(fen)圍,選擇正確(que)的(de)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)材(cai)料。
目前(qian)輻射管(guan)(guan)加(jia)熱(re)管(guan)(guan)系列(lie)有鼠(shu)籠式(shi)、立帶(dai)式(shi)和螺旋(xuan)式(shi)等,加(jia)熱(re)元件(jian)系采用進口或(huo)國產電阻絲、鎳(nie)鉻絲(或(huo)帶(dai))、鐵鉻鋁(絲或(huo)帶(dai)),保護管(guan)(guan)采用進口高(gao)溫合金板材(cai)、耐熱(re)鋼板卷制(zhi)焊接或(huo)離(li)心鑄造而成,具(ju)有高(gao)溫抗(kang)(kang)氧(yang)化(hua)性和抗(kang)(kang)滲碳(tan)性能好(hao)、使用壽命長等特點。
