輻射加熱管概況
輻(fu)射加(jia)熱(re)管,是(shi)把電加(jia)熱(re)元(yuan)件封閉(bi)在(zai)保護套內通(tong)電發熱(re),由套管間接(jie)把熱(re)量輻(fu)射給爐襯和被(bei)處(chu)理工(gong)件,紅外(wai)輻(fu)射加(jia)熱(re)管廣泛應(ying)用于熱(re)處(chu)理行業(ye)的各種加(jia)熱(re)爐中。
輻射(she)加熱(re)管使用的電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)合金材(cai)(cai)料應具有較高的電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)率,電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)轉化率高。由于(yu)輻射(she)管放(fang)置(zhi)在(zai)套管內,傳熱(re)過程與一般(ban)敞露(lu)型(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)不同,其熱(re)屏蔽大,升溫(wen)(wen)(wen)過程中必須(xu)對元(yuan)件(jian)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度進行(xing)控制,防止元(yuan)件(jian)超溫(wen)(wen)(wen)。輻射(she)管封閉加熱(re)時(shi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)表面溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度比爐膛溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度高約100℃-150℃。所以在(zai)選材(cai)(cai)時(shi)要分析爐溫(wen)(wen)(wen)、爐內氣溫(wen)(wen)(wen)氛圍(wei),選擇正確(que)的加熱(re)材(cai)(cai)料。
目(mu)前輻(fu)射管加(jia)熱(re)管系(xi)列有鼠籠(long)式、立帶式和(he)螺旋式等,加(jia)熱(re)元件系(xi)采用進(jin)口(kou)或(huo)國產電阻絲(si)、鎳(nie)鉻絲(si)(或(huo)帶)、鐵鉻鋁(絲(si)或(huo)帶),保護管采用進(jin)口(kou)高溫(wen)合金板材、耐(nai)熱(re)鋼板卷制焊接或(huo)離心鑄(zhu)造而成,具有高溫(wen)抗(kang)氧化性(xing)和(he)抗(kang)滲碳(tan)性(xing)能(neng)好、使用壽(shou)命長等特點。
