輻射加熱管概況
輻(fu)射加(jia)(jia)熱(re)管(guan),是把電加(jia)(jia)熱(re)元件封閉在(zai)保護套(tao)內(nei)通(tong)電發(fa)熱(re),由(you)套(tao)管(guan)間(jian)接把熱(re)量輻(fu)射給爐(lu)(lu)襯和(he)被處理(li)工件,紅(hong)外輻(fu)射加(jia)(jia)熱(re)管(guan)廣泛應(ying)用于熱(re)處理(li)行業的各種加(jia)(jia)熱(re)爐(lu)(lu)中。
輻射加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)管(guan)使用的電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)合金材料(liao)應具有較高(gao)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻率,電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)轉化率高(gao)。由于輻射管(guan)放置(zhi)在(zai)套管(guan)內,傳(chuan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)過(guo)程(cheng)與(yu)一般敞(chang)露型電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元件不同,其(qi)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)屏蔽大,升溫(wen)(wen)過(guo)程(cheng)中必須對(dui)元件溫(wen)(wen)度(du)進行(xing)控制,防止元件超溫(wen)(wen)。輻射管(guan)封閉加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)時(shi)(shi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元件表面溫(wen)(wen)度(du)比爐(lu)(lu)(lu)膛溫(wen)(wen)度(du)高(gao)約100℃-150℃。所以在(zai)選材時(shi)(shi)要分析爐(lu)(lu)(lu)溫(wen)(wen)、爐(lu)(lu)(lu)內氣(qi)溫(wen)(wen)氛圍,選擇正確的加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)材料(liao)。
目前輻射管(guan)(guan)(guan)加熱(re)管(guan)(guan)(guan)系(xi)(xi)列有鼠籠式、立帶(dai)式和螺旋式等,加熱(re)元件(jian)系(xi)(xi)采用(yong)(yong)進(jin)口或國產電阻絲(si)(si)、鎳鉻(ge)(ge)絲(si)(si)(或帶(dai))、鐵鉻(ge)(ge)鋁(lv)(絲(si)(si)或帶(dai)),保護管(guan)(guan)(guan)采用(yong)(yong)進(jin)口高溫(wen)合(he)金板材、耐熱(re)鋼板卷制焊接或離心鑄造而成,具有高溫(wen)抗(kang)(kang)氧化性(xing)和抗(kang)(kang)滲(shen)碳性(xing)能好(hao)、使用(yong)(yong)壽命長(chang)等特點(dian)。
