輻射加熱管概況
輻射(she)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan)(guan),是把電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)封閉在保護套內通電(dian)發熱(re)(re)(re),由套管(guan)(guan)間(jian)接把熱(re)(re)(re)量輻射(she)給爐(lu)襯和被處理工(gong)件(jian)(jian),紅外輻射(she)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)廣(guang)泛應用于熱(re)(re)(re)處理行業的各(ge)種(zhong)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)爐(lu)中。
輻射加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)管(guan)使(shi)用的電熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)合金(jin)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)應具有較高(gao)的電阻(zu)率,電熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)轉化率高(gao)。由于(yu)輻射管(guan)放置在套管(guan)內,傳熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)過程與一般敞露型(xing)電熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)不同,其熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)屏蔽大,升(sheng)溫(wen)過程中必(bi)須對(dui)元(yuan)件(jian)溫(wen)度(du)進行(xing)控制,防止元(yuan)件(jian)超溫(wen)。輻射管(guan)封閉加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)時,電熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)表面溫(wen)度(du)比爐膛溫(wen)度(du)高(gao)約100℃-150℃。所以(yi)在選材(cai)時要分析爐溫(wen)、爐內氣(qi)溫(wen)氛(fen)圍,選擇正確(que)的加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)。
目前輻射(she)管(guan)加熱管(guan)系列有(you)鼠籠式、立(li)帶(dai)式和(he)螺(luo)旋式等,加熱元件系采用(yong)(yong)進(jin)口或(huo)國產電阻絲、鎳鉻(ge)絲(或(huo)帶(dai))、鐵鉻(ge)鋁(絲或(huo)帶(dai)),保護管(guan)采用(yong)(yong)進(jin)口高溫(wen)(wen)合金(jin)板(ban)材、耐熱鋼板(ban)卷制焊接或(huo)離心(xin)鑄造而成,具有(you)高溫(wen)(wen)抗(kang)氧化性和(he)抗(kang)滲碳(tan)性能好、使用(yong)(yong)壽(shou)命(ming)長等特(te)點。
