輻射加熱管概況
輻射(she)加(jia)熱(re)管,是(shi)把(ba)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱(re)元件(jian)封閉(bi)在保護套(tao)內通電(dian)(dian)發熱(re),由套(tao)管間接把(ba)熱(re)量(liang)輻射(she)給爐襯(chen)和被(bei)處(chu)理工件(jian),紅外輻射(she)加(jia)熱(re)管廣泛應(ying)用于(yu)熱(re)處(chu)理行業的各(ge)種加(jia)熱(re)爐中。
輻射(she)加(jia)熱管使(shi)用(yong)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱合(he)金材料(liao)應具有(you)較(jiao)高(gao)(gao)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻率(lv),電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱轉化(hua)率(lv)高(gao)(gao)。由于輻射(she)管放置在套管內(nei),傳(chuan)熱過(guo)程與一般敞露型電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱元件(jian)(jian)不同(tong),其熱屏蔽大,升溫(wen)(wen)(wen)過(guo)程中(zhong)必須(xu)對元件(jian)(jian)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)進(jin)行控(kong)制,防止元件(jian)(jian)超溫(wen)(wen)(wen)。輻射(she)管封(feng)閉加(jia)熱時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱元件(jian)(jian)表(biao)面溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)比爐膛(tang)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)高(gao)(gao)約100℃-150℃。所以在選材時要(yao)分析爐溫(wen)(wen)(wen)、爐內(nei)氣溫(wen)(wen)(wen)氛圍,選擇(ze)正確的(de)加(jia)熱材料(liao)。
目前(qian)輻射管(guan)加熱管(guan)系(xi)列有(you)鼠籠式、立帶式和螺旋(xuan)式等,加熱元件系(xi)采(cai)(cai)用進口(kou)或(huo)國產電阻絲(si)、鎳鉻絲(si)(或(huo)帶)、鐵鉻鋁(絲(si)或(huo)帶),保(bao)護管(guan)采(cai)(cai)用進口(kou)高(gao)溫合金板材、耐熱鋼板卷制焊(han)接(jie)或(huo)離心(xin)鑄(zhu)造(zao)而成(cheng),具有(you)高(gao)溫抗氧化性和抗滲碳(tan)性能好、使用壽命長等特點。
