輻射加熱管概況
輻(fu)射(she)(she)(she)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan)(guan),是(shi)把電加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)封閉在(zai)保(bao)護套內通電發熱(re)(re)(re),由套管(guan)(guan)間接把熱(re)(re)(re)量輻(fu)射(she)(she)(she)給(gei)爐(lu)襯和被處理工件(jian),紅外(wai)輻(fu)射(she)(she)(she)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)廣泛應用(yong)于熱(re)(re)(re)處理行業的(de)各(ge)種(zhong)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)爐(lu)中(zhong)。
輻射(she)(she)加熱(re)管使(shi)用(yong)的電(dian)熱(re)合金(jin)材(cai)料應具有較(jiao)高(gao)(gao)(gao)的電(dian)阻率,電(dian)熱(re)轉化率高(gao)(gao)(gao)。由于輻射(she)(she)管放(fang)置在(zai)套(tao)管內,傳(chuan)熱(re)過程與一般敞露型電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)不同,其熱(re)屏蔽大(da),升溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)過程中必(bi)須對元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)進行控制,防止元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)超溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。輻射(she)(she)管封閉加熱(re)時(shi),電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)表面溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)比爐膛溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)高(gao)(gao)(gao)約100℃-150℃。所以在(zai)選(xuan)材(cai)時(shi)要(yao)分析(xi)爐溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)、爐內氣溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)氛圍(wei),選(xuan)擇正(zheng)確(que)的加熱(re)材(cai)料。
目前輻射管加(jia)熱管系列有鼠籠(long)式(shi)(shi)、立帶(dai)(dai)式(shi)(shi)和螺旋(xuan)式(shi)(shi)等(deng),加(jia)熱元件系采(cai)用(yong)進口(kou)或(huo)國(guo)產電阻絲、鎳(nie)鉻絲(或(huo)帶(dai)(dai))、鐵鉻鋁(絲或(huo)帶(dai)(dai)),保護管采(cai)用(yong)進口(kou)高(gao)溫(wen)合金板材、耐熱鋼(gang)板卷制(zhi)焊(han)接或(huo)離心鑄造而成,具(ju)有高(gao)溫(wen)抗氧(yang)化(hua)性和抗滲碳性能好、使(shi)用(yong)壽(shou)命長等(deng)特(te)點。
