防爆(bao)(bao)加熱(re)(re)管(guan)是(shi)一種消耗電(dian)(dian)(dian)能轉換為熱(re)(re)能,來(lai)對(dui)需加熱(re)(re)物(wu)料進行加熱(re)(re)。防爆(bao)(bao)加熱(re)(re)管(guan)是(shi)由外到(dao)里外殼(不(bu)(bu)繡鋼(gang)/碳鋼(gang)/銅(tong)/鈦(tai)材(cai)等、發熱(re)(re)絲(鎳鉻(ge)鉛合金)、填充(chong)物(wu)(氧化鎂,作(zuo)(zuo)用是(shi)導熱(re)(re)、絕(jue)緣(yuan))、外殼(不(bu)(bu)繡鋼(gang)、碳鋼(gang)、鈦(tai)材(cai)、銅(tong) 等)、陶瓷封頭(tou)(作(zuo)(zuo)用:絕(jue)緣(yuan))、防爆(bao)(bao)盒組成的。加熱(re)(re)管(guan)在工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中低溫流(liu)體介質(zhi)(zhi)通過(guo)管(guan)道(dao)在壓力作(zuo)(zuo)用下進入其輸(shu)入口(kou),沿著電(dian)(dian)(dian)加熱(re)(re)容器內部特定換熱(re)(re)流(liu)道(dao),運用空(kong)氣電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)管(guan)的流(liu)體熱(re)(re)力學原(yuan)理設(she)計(ji)的路徑,帶(dai)走(zou)空(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)管(guan)中的電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元件工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中所產生的高溫熱(re)(re)能量,使空(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)管(guan)被加熱(re)(re)介質(zhi)(zhi)溫度(du)升高,加熱(re)(re)管(guan)出口(kou)得(de)到(dao)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)要求的高溫介質(zhi)(zhi)。
