輻射加熱管概況
輻射加熱管(guan),是把電加熱元件封閉在保護套(tao)內通電發(fa)熱,由套(tao)管(guan)間(jian)接把熱量(liang)輻射給(gei)爐襯和被處理(li)工(gong)件,紅外輻射加熱管(guan)廣泛(fan)應用于熱處理(li)行業的(de)各種加熱爐中。
輻射(she)加熱管(guan)使用的電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱合金材(cai)料應(ying)具有較高(gao)(gao)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)率(lv),電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱轉化(hua)率(lv)高(gao)(gao)。由(you)于(yu)輻射(she)管(guan)放(fang)置在(zai)套(tao)管(guan)內(nei),傳熱過(guo)程與一(yi)般敞露型電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)不(bu)同(tong),其熱屏(ping)蔽大,升溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)過(guo)程中必須對元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)進(jin)行控制,防止(zhi)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)超溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。輻射(she)管(guan)封(feng)閉(bi)加熱時(shi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)表面溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)比(bi)爐(lu)膛溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)高(gao)(gao)約(yue)100℃-150℃。所以在(zai)選材(cai)時(shi)要分析爐(lu)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)、爐(lu)內(nei)氣(qi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)氛(fen)圍,選擇正確的加熱材(cai)料。
目前輻射管(guan)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)管(guan)系(xi)列(lie)有鼠(shu)籠式(shi)、立帶式(shi)和(he)螺旋(xuan)式(shi)等,加(jia)(jia)熱(re)元件系(xi)采(cai)用進(jin)口或(huo)國產電阻絲(si)、鎳鉻(ge)絲(si)(或(huo)帶)、鐵鉻(ge)鋁(絲(si)或(huo)帶),保護管(guan)采(cai)用進(jin)口高溫合(he)金板(ban)材、耐熱(re)鋼(gang)板(ban)卷制(zhi)焊接或(huo)離心鑄造(zao)而成,具(ju)有高溫抗(kang)(kang)氧化性和(he)抗(kang)(kang)滲碳性能好、使用壽命長等特點。
