輻射加熱管概況
輻(fu)射(she)加(jia)熱(re)(re)管(guan)(guan),是把電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)封閉在保護套內通電(dian)發熱(re)(re),由套管(guan)(guan)間接把熱(re)(re)量輻(fu)射(she)給(gei)爐襯和被處(chu)(chu)理工(gong)件(jian),紅外輻(fu)射(she)加(jia)熱(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)廣(guang)泛應用于(yu)熱(re)(re)處(chu)(chu)理行業的各種(zhong)加(jia)熱(re)(re)爐中。
輻射(she)加熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)使用的(de)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)合金材(cai)(cai)料應具(ju)有較高的(de)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)率,電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)轉化率高。由(you)于輻射(she)管(guan)(guan)放置(zhi)在套管(guan)(guan)內,傳熱(re)(re)(re)過程與一般敞露(lu)型電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)不同,其熱(re)(re)(re)屏蔽大(da),升溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)過程中必須對元(yuan)件(jian)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度進行控制,防止元(yuan)件(jian)超溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。輻射(she)管(guan)(guan)封(feng)閉加熱(re)(re)(re)時,電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)表面溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度比爐(lu)膛溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度高約(yue)100℃-150℃。所以在選材(cai)(cai)時要(yao)分析爐(lu)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)、爐(lu)內氣溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)氛(fen)圍,選擇正確的(de)加熱(re)(re)(re)材(cai)(cai)料。
目(mu)前(qian)輻射管(guan)加(jia)熱(re)管(guan)系列有鼠籠式、立帶(dai)式和螺(luo)旋式等,加(jia)熱(re)元件系采用進(jin)口(kou)或(huo)國(guo)產電(dian)阻絲(si)、鎳鉻絲(si)(或(huo)帶(dai))、鐵鉻鋁(絲(si)或(huo)帶(dai)),保護管(guan)采用進(jin)口(kou)高溫合金板材、耐(nai)熱(re)鋼板卷制(zhi)焊接或(huo)離(li)心(xin)鑄造而成,具有高溫抗(kang)氧化(hua)性(xing)和抗(kang)滲碳性(xing)能好、使用壽(shou)命長等特點(dian)。
