輻射加熱管概況
輻(fu)射加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)管,是把電加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)封閉在保護套(tao)內(nei)通電發(fa)熱(re)(re)(re)(re),由(you)套(tao)管間接(jie)把熱(re)(re)(re)(re)量輻(fu)射給爐襯和被處理工件(jian),紅外(wai)輻(fu)射加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)管廣泛應(ying)用于熱(re)(re)(re)(re)處理行業的各種加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)爐中。
輻(fu)(fu)射(she)(she)加熱管(guan)使用(yong)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱合金材(cai)(cai)料(liao)應具有較(jiao)高的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻率,電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱轉(zhuan)化率高。由于輻(fu)(fu)射(she)(she)管(guan)放置在套(tao)管(guan)內,傳熱過(guo)程(cheng)與一般敞露型(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)不(bu)同,其熱屏蔽大,升(sheng)溫(wen)過(guo)程(cheng)中必須對元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)溫(wen)度進(jin)行(xing)控制(zhi),防止(zhi)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)超溫(wen)。輻(fu)(fu)射(she)(she)管(guan)封閉加熱時(shi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)表(biao)面(mian)溫(wen)度比(bi)爐(lu)膛(tang)溫(wen)度高約100℃-150℃。所以在選(xuan)(xuan)材(cai)(cai)時(shi)要(yao)分析(xi)爐(lu)溫(wen)、爐(lu)內氣溫(wen)氛圍,選(xuan)(xuan)擇正確的(de)加熱材(cai)(cai)料(liao)。
目(mu)前輻射管(guan)加熱管(guan)系列(lie)有鼠(shu)籠式、立(li)帶(dai)(dai)式和螺(luo)旋(xuan)式等,加熱元件系采(cai)用(yong)進口或(huo)國產電阻絲、鎳鉻絲(或(huo)帶(dai)(dai))、鐵鉻鋁(絲或(huo)帶(dai)(dai)),保護管(guan)采(cai)用(yong)進口高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)合(he)金板材、耐熱鋼板卷(juan)制焊接或(huo)離心鑄造而成,具(ju)有高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)抗氧化性和抗滲碳性能好、使用(yong)壽(shou)命長等特點(dian)。
