輻射加熱管概況
輻射加熱(re)管,是把電加熱(re)元件封閉(bi)在保(bao)護套(tao)(tao)內通電發熱(re),由(you)套(tao)(tao)管間接把熱(re)量輻射給爐襯和(he)被處理(li)工件,紅外輻射加熱(re)管廣泛應用于熱(re)處理(li)行業的各種加熱(re)爐中(zhong)。
輻射(she)加熱(re)(re)管(guan)使用的(de)電(dian)熱(re)(re)合金材(cai)料應具有(you)較(jiao)高(gao)(gao)的(de)電(dian)阻率(lv),電(dian)熱(re)(re)轉化(hua)率(lv)高(gao)(gao)。由于輻射(she)管(guan)放置在(zai)套(tao)管(guan)內(nei),傳熱(re)(re)過(guo)程與一(yi)般敞露型電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)不同,其熱(re)(re)屏(ping)蔽大(da),升溫(wen)過(guo)程中必(bi)須對(dui)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)溫(wen)度進行(xing)控制,防止元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)超(chao)溫(wen)。輻射(she)管(guan)封(feng)閉(bi)加熱(re)(re)時(shi),電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)表面溫(wen)度比爐(lu)膛溫(wen)度高(gao)(gao)約100℃-150℃。所以在(zai)選材(cai)時(shi)要分析爐(lu)溫(wen)、爐(lu)內(nei)氣溫(wen)氛(fen)圍,選擇(ze)正確的(de)加熱(re)(re)材(cai)料。
目(mu)前(qian)輻射管加(jia)熱(re)管系列有(you)(you)鼠籠式(shi)(shi)、立(li)帶(dai)式(shi)(shi)和(he)螺旋式(shi)(shi)等(deng),加(jia)熱(re)元(yuan)件系采用(yong)(yong)進(jin)口或國產電(dian)阻絲、鎳(nie)鉻絲(或帶(dai))、鐵鉻鋁(lv)(絲或帶(dai)),保護(hu)管采用(yong)(yong)進(jin)口高溫(wen)合金板(ban)(ban)材、耐熱(re)鋼板(ban)(ban)卷(juan)制焊接或離心(xin)鑄造而成(cheng),具有(you)(you)高溫(wen)抗(kang)氧(yang)化性和(he)抗(kang)滲(shen)碳性能好、使用(yong)(yong)壽命長等(deng)特點。
