電導(dao)(dao)(dao)熱(re)油(you)爐通常使(shi)用的是(shi)(shi)礦質導(dao)(dao)(dao)熱(re)油(you),使(shi)用溫度不得超過300℃。但是(shi)(shi),這種導(dao)(dao)(dao)熱(re)油(you)在高溫下結構不穩定,容易產(chan)生焦化現象,難以(yi)保證導(dao)(dao)(dao)熱(re)油(you)鍋爐系(xi)統(tong)和導(dao)(dao)(dao)熱(re)油(you)的使(shi)用壽命(ming)。人工導(dao)(dao)(dao)熱(re)油(you)一般采用進口,使(shi)用溫度可達(da)350℃。
目前導(dao)(dao)(dao)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)油(you)(you)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)爐(lu)的(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度可(ke)以達(da)到350℃。溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度過(guo)高將(jiang)加(jia)速導(dao)(dao)(dao)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)油(you)(you)的(de)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)聚合和氧化反應,形成焦(jiao)炭,進而(er)影響導(dao)(dao)(dao)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)油(you)(you)的(de)使用(yong)壽命。隨溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度的(de)升高,導(dao)(dao)(dao)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)油(you)(you)的(de)聚合性和氧化作(zuo)用(yong)加(jia)強,從(cong)而(er)生成焦(jiao)炭。導(dao)(dao)(dao)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)油(you)(you)爐(lu)設(she)計溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度350℃時(shi),還要加(jia)封氮(dan)氣,減少積碳。目前市場上(shang)導(dao)(dao)(dao)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)油(you)(you)的(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度在350℃以下(xia),一般為250℃、300℃、350℃等型號,尚未上(shang)市。電加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)爐(lu)中導(dao)(dao)(dao)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)油(you)(you)是以導(dao)(dao)(dao)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)油(you)(you)作(zuo)為傳熱(re)(re)(re)(re)載(zai)體。
